Very nice place for my wife and I. Great price and location for us. Owner was easy to work with. Loved: nice living room furniture, big TV, stocked kitchen, space heaters for optional additional heat if necessary, bedroom fan for white noise, well decorated. Only suggestion is to get a new mattress, but I definitely would recommend it.

This location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard view. There is a nice park nearby with a walking trail. The suite was spacious, had its own private entryway, and included a full kitchen. I enjoyed my stay.

As was mentioned in another review, even for a child the pull-out sofa bed mattress is inadequate. Our 15 year old who can sleep anywhere, had no support over the metal bars. I laid on it, and it was obvious it should not be considered a bed option. The king bed has worn areas and was not the most comfortable either. The sauté pans are unusable for our standards as the non-stick coating was scratched off. Overall, the accommodations were just fine. The host communication and thoughtfulness was excellent. The host even made a concession for our family of 4. Good mattresses are so cheap these days, buy a new mattress for the king, and a couple new pans and this is a 5 Star stay.

My wife and i were in town for a business conference and chose this vrbo. It was perfect! It was very welcoming and cozy as soon as we walked in. There was everything you would need for a relaxing evening after a long day.

I traveled with my daughter to Denver for a concert and a drive up Mt. Evans. We could not have asked for a better experience regarding our housing needs. Barry was welcoming and asked mid-trip how we were doing, if we needed anything. The home was clean and stocked with essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt/pepper/spices, etc. Although available to us, we didn't need to use any of these. Towels and wash cloths were clean as was bedding and furniture. We felt very at home and would definitely look to rent again when traveling to Denver.

It was exactly what I needed; close to my family and all the amenities I needed! And honestly, bigger than my first apartment. Tastefully decorated, all the comforts of home, excellent bed (slept great!) and darling living room and kitchen. My only challenge was the very small shower - couldn't really get everything done I needed to - hard to figure out how to shave :) They are wonderful hosts and I felt completely safe...I'll be making more reservations with them when I come out to see my family again. So, so NICE!!!

It's as coxy as any other ones I've encountered. The decor was magnificent, down to the kitchen was impeccably clean and tidy. I would recommend highly on summer days! Love it

We arrived to the property after dark. There are steps to access the unit. They are only lit w solar lights. Dangerous! The carpet is supposed to be off-white. It is filthy! The refrigerator was dirty. There is an egress window near the bathroom, with boards & bricks over the top. Anyone could see right in as you are in the bathroom. Floor boards in the kitchen were filthy with food & grime. The bed is extremely hard. The pillows are only sample pillows from a bed store. They are stuffed with dense fiberfill. The extra blanket in the closet was dirty, had white yuck on it. The chair in the living room was broken and the sofa is very worn and uncomfortable. This unit is located in the basement of the host home. Heavy footsteps started at 430 am. You can hear every conversation, cough, nose blow, shower, toilet, TV, and electronic devices. The floors boards Creek loud! In effort to address the problems, I contacted the host via email the next morning via email. He was prompt in returning my email, and asked if he could come to talk to us. He arrived at our door, and when we open the door, he invited himself in and sat down. He proceeded to tell us how he was a super host, and has never had any issues in the past. When we began to talk about the list of issues, he could not deny the fact that the carpet was dirty, he only kept saying it was vacuumed. He was receptive to putting a curtain on the window which was not covered, but did not agree to take the boards or the bricks off the top for safe exiting in case of an emergency. He told me the bathroom was as clean as it could get, he told me he cleans with bleach and water. I pointed out the baseboards in the kitchen, and he could not deny they were dirty, he helped himself to the refrigerator to see the dirty ick. He then came up with excuses saying that he has used the same company for cleaning for years and has had no problems , however, he could see the issues we were addressing. When we talked about the blanket being filthy, he said he folded it up himself and put it away. He said he does not wash it in between his guests. Disgusting! Ultimately we asked for the ability to exit the property and be refunded. He refused. It was not until we began to identify code violations, such as a nonworking smoke detector, no carbon monoxide detector he let us leave & issued a refund. Very arrogant man! VRBO clearly hasn’t inspected this property recently.

There is a large comfortable bed in the bed room, and had all we needed in the living/dining area. We were there about 3 weeks, and ate breakfast every day, and lunch occasionally. It would be an efficient place for someone who needs a place in Centennial.

I needed a quick solution as my accommodations for a convention fell through. Registration was easy. Communication was on point. The house was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. A little noisy up stairs but not the end of the world. Great books on the shelf, beautiful view in the backyard, super comfortable. I will stay again.

Vrbo part of house is connected to main living Quarters so yo get to smell every meal they are cooking and the downstairs temperature is too cold for comfort as hosts controls upstairs for their comfort .told us to turn on heater to combat a/c

This was a nice quiet apartment, perfect for the two of us, with everything we needed for our stay. Apartment was spacious and spotless. Host was very accommodating to the many questions I had prior to booking. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening. It was great having access to a washer/dryer for the 9 day stay. Bonus - public pool close by.
