Great house located on the Main Street with a beautiful view. Rooms are great and very comfortable. Simone is great and informative about Montalcino, he took me to my car to pick up my bag in the pouring rain as the street the house is located on you cannot drive down without a permit. He then had me follow him in my car to the free parking lot before bringing me back to the accomodation. Lovely and hospitable guy!

I didn’t realise at the time of booking it’s an actual house not like a bnb. Which was perfectly fine but if some guests stay up in the lounge area talking you can hear everything. A bit of street noise but ear plugs are provided which I’d suggest using. Luckily had some nice people staying when I was there but may have some lone travellers that would feel uneasy. If you have a large bag, it’s a bit of a mission getting it back to your car as all the streets to the parking lots are uphill.

Perfect location, super clean, more than enough towels and linens. Perfect for a 2 night stay, we would stay longer if we could! Oh and the view was just stunning!

Spectacular views and beautifully decorated,central location. Lovely staff. Absolutely recommend booking the larger mountain facing room...so beautiful with sunrise and sunset. Thansk Simone for being so helpful . Will absolutely stay again!

I love the location. It really works for me and my wife since I was at the cycling event, the L’Eroica Montalcino, my wife didn’t have to wait sitting at a coffee shop all day near the finish line

You are required to carry your luggage up and downstairs which was not too difficult for us but there are a few steps that can be tricky because they are slight just outside each door where you don’t expect them, and my friend fell.

Great location in the historical center of Montalcino. Very clean and our host was extremely welcoming.

Expensive of the lack of privacy. The shared kitchen/living space was outside our bedroom door, so it felt like a youth hostel sharing the living space with somebody we didn’t know, which was uncomfortable.

We stayed in the King Room with mountain view - and the view was spectacular. Although the room did not have A/C and we were staying during the high-heat of summer, the room was not too hot. With the windows open to the view, it was magnificent watching the sun rise, the clouds over the fields below and the mountains in the distance.

Location was fantastic. Simone and fulvia assisted with all of our questions and helped with a later check in.

Location was excellent and our host Fulvia was very accommodating and helpful.

There were ants in the bathroom and bedroom, no Air Conditionning and maid service happened once in a weeklong stay. Definitely not a $200/night value for what amounts to an Air-BnB

Simone’s place is a gem in this town … Could not be in a more perfect location. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the views from the common room. Thank you Simone for the amazing stay.

It was advertised as having a fantastic Tuscan view, but our rooms faced onto the street. It wasn’t clear to us that this was a private listing and not a hotel, and that also caused us difficulty, but that was not the owner’s fault. No parking—you’ll want to leave your car outside of town so you save the stress.

No staff was available at check in. I had to call them twice to arrange time to get keys to room. this is not a hotel room. Our check in time was 3 hours delayed. Also, The room had an ants infestation

Great accommodation with a good location and amazing view.

Neely renovated, conveniently located. Quiet at night but in a great location for restaurants and wine bars. Having close access to restaurants and other shops offsets the lack of nearby parking.

WiFi not operational yet after renovation. Located in a Limited Traffic Zone so access is a little challenging and parking is 10 minutes walk away.
