Tutta la nuova cucina! Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito, lavandino, rubinetto, vernice, rifiniture.
Tutti i nuovi bagni! Nuove vanità con ripiani in granito, nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica, nuovi servizi igienici per l'altezza della sedia, nuova vernice e finiture bianche.
Abbiamo aggiunto un rivestimento in piastrelle di marmo con doccia alla vasca idromassaggio nel bagno principale.
Abbiamo ridipinto tutto l'appartamento. Ora decorato nei colori freddi delle spiagge di blu mare e giallo sole con tutte le rifiniture bianche luminose e le nuove porte a 6 pannelli in tutto.
TUTTI I NUOVI ARREDI DEN: nuovo divano letto, sedia, tavolino, tappeto e quadri. Anche la nuova TV LCD a schermo piatto da parete.

Check in was easy, room smelled stale, mother burned her hand on the stove almost immediately because the oven had been left on form the previous stay. Walls and doors very dusty, light in small bedroom has a short in it so it may or may not work. Small bed coverings are very old. these beds are also super old. Master bedroom lights were unplugged and we had to move the bed to have light in the room. Elevator stopped working second day of our trip and never was fixed before we left- meaning my elderly mother didn't get to enjoy the beach at all. Pool key passes never worked- we had this same issue last year. Rusty and broken decor throughout but the location is amazing.

Exactly as pictured. Great location in Hilton Head. Walk to Coligny restaurants and shops. Pool at the Hilton is the reason we booked and of course right on the beach.
A few lightbulbs were out but that's minor.

This is our third year in a row staying here and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
We adore the location and appreciate all of the Hilton resort's amenities (pool, fitness center, parking garage).
The bedrooms are comfortable; bathrooms are functional; and there's even a couple chairs and an umbrella for time at the beach. This place has everything we need.

The condo was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Parking was never an issue at the property. Access to pool & beach was convenient. The grounds of the property were beautiful & the main pool was awesome! We rarely had an issue getting loungers at the pool and we were surprised the beach was never super crowded. We would definitely come back!

This is the perfect location with great amenities! The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The pool and beach access shared next door was amazing! There are some details that need replaced/updated such as broken lamp shade, broken towel ring, rusty bathroom accessories, hole under kitchen cabinet.

Nice 2br/2ba near ocean. Quick response from owner when we had an issue with the cold water spigot in MBath. Due to holiday crowd we had to wait on parking spot when we first arrived. All in all a good overall experience.

We love the Carolina Beach club. The amenities are great. This unit was very clean and we were even allowed to check in a little early which was awesome.

It has a great location with the ability to use the Hilton pool and beach access and we walked the beach every day.
The property manager was very responsive in bringing us some extra hangers for our clothes.
The only thing to note is that the washer / dryer is not located in the unit but are coin operated machines on the first floor

We enjoyed our two week stay on HHI.
Pros:
- Great location - close to the beach and shops
- Access to the Hilton amenities such as the pool and workout facilities
- Comfortable bed
- Nice appliances
Cons:
- only 3 coat hangers and the coat rack is falling off the wall
- towel bar fell off the wall
- cold water faucet very loose - ready to break
- condo needs a good refreshening. Is functional but not great. Needs painting and a good deep clean.
- Does have ocean view but very limited

We were very disappointed with the accommodations. There was no internet for the entire first day and we lost time going out because we had to waitfor the property manager and cable company. This was advertised as having the internet. Next, the light above the kitchen table was broken completely and there were several bulbs not working. The manager couldn’t fix those either. The fixtures in the bathrooms were loose and coming away from the wall. Again the manager could not fix. The towel rack fell off the wall and again nothing was done. All of these items were reported to the property manager and VRBO. We even sent pictures and videos. Again, no response. We feel we are entitled to a credit for all of the above deficiencies. The ad hor the condo was very misleading.

Great place to stay. Unfortunately the pool was not heated this year. But enjoyed the beach and location to many great restaurants.

The shower broke in the second bathroom and ran hard for four days straight. It was moist and hot and had a hard time sleep. Manager attempted to get a plumber, but the holidays made it difficult. I was refunded a small amount of my payment for the hassle. Not happy.
Additionally, the coverlet for one of the beds had a large patch of blood on it.

We loved the location of the condo. We had friends staying down the beach at one of the resorts so it was nice and convenient. The condo they’ve updated and tried to do the best with the space, but my family of my husband and I and my 3 kids were a bit cramped. This would be perfect for a family with smaller kids. It was a great price for the location.

The place was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Exactly like the pics. Pay attention to where you are allowed to park. The amenities were amazing. My grandkids loved the ping pong and hot tub! Pool was cold. Would definitely stay again.

Condo is very nice. Some of it is dated and other parts have been updated (master shower was nice). TV's are pretty small, but you don't need to be watching much television while on vacation.
Access to use the pool and other amenities of the Hilton Grand Vacations property is what really makes this such a great condo to rent.
Owner/property manager needs to invest in some new bed sheets as ours had stains. Also, needs to clean the air return register for the AC as it was filthy.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s great having a keyless entry. We enjoyed all extra beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. Thank you so having them available. We also took advantage of the pools and workout facilities next door. We’ll come again and recommend it to others.
Arriving Tuesday and leaving on Tuesday was also a blessing in disguise. The traffic was less and the island was less crowded over the weekend. Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing week.

We really enjoyed the location of this property - very close to the beach and we took full advantage of the included amenities through the Hilton. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels. We had a group of 5 - 3 teenagers and 2 adults. I would stay again with fewer people as it was a bit tight. A clarification in the listing - the pullout sofa (which did work fine as a bed) is in the one main living area with the table and the kitchen - it is not in a separate area with any privacy.
