The condion and the swimmingroom

When we arrive at hotel , on the resebtion tell me must of us to give him else money for the room. Its was not fair also i well'nt return more on this hotel. انا حجزت غرفتين لاربع اشخاص عن طريق البوكينغ وتم الحجز ع مبلغ معين، لما وصلت الاوتيل تم اعلامي انو الحجز كان لشخص بالغرفة ومطلوب ازيد عالشخص الثاني وهذا كان غير عادل وشعرت بالاحتيال والسرقة تجاهي لانه هذه مش المرة الاولى الي باجي فيها عالاوتيل عن طريق البوكينغ،

اخذ الاستقبال فلوس السرير الزيادة وللاسف الشديد ماوصل السرير الى بعد منتصف الليل من دخولنا ولا استفادنا شي منه اول يوم مع تكرار الاتصال عليهم و النزول لاستقبال ولكن لاسف مافي اي تفاعل منهم بس عليهم يقول حاضر الحين ولا شفنا شي واخذ حق الليله بدون اي وجه حق بصراحة 😔

Nice clean and wide

Beautiful location. Great pools, beach and spa! Rooms were large and very comfortable, with a good size balcony and amazing shower.

Sadly there were Ants in our bed with no clear source of what was attracting them. While most staff were pleasant, a manager called our room late at night while we were in bed to check if we were still there. This was apparently due to a mix up with our extended second nights stay so they expected the roomto be vacant. We are still unclear how this wasnt addressed during the day when they had multiple opportuties to speak to us during the days as we made three separate visits to reception,including to reactivate the room key. When we went to reception to resolve this, the receptionist was rude and shouted at her manager on the phone to deal with us. Not what I expect from a high end hotel, especially when we were celebrating our engagement.

The vicinity around the hotel was quite beautiful. The pool area was nice although there were not enough pool chairs in the popular hours when lots of people were around.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. I had requested a high rise room, i was given a ground floor room. Initially when we got to the room the wifi was so bad they had to send maintenance men with a router to connect it. The patio area outside our room was littered with about 100 cigarette butts that no one had removed. It made for a very cheap, dirty feel. I ordered room service - a $60 bottle of Pinot Grigio. A man arrived with a more expensive bottle of Pinot Noir in the same brand and did not want to return and swap it for what i had asked for because he did not want to walk back and forth, so i ended up paying around $20 more for a bottle of red on a hot day that i could not even drink. This claims to be 5 star but i would not have rated it more than a 3 for my stay.

Clean, wide open areas, pools were excellent, kids club as well Reception managers tried to do everything so we can be satisfied.

The rooms were well proportioned with every facility you could want. We had an issue in our room with the fridge not working, however they replaced it immediately which was great!

Not enough access to the pools, the kids / family pools were empty and the main pools filled with kids so there were no beds available. Ended up using the beach which was lovely though.

Nothing

The property is overrated. It can’t be categorized as 5 stars hotel because its not. Only 1 pool for adults, and you never find a place / sunbed to sit on the pool. There aren’t any entertainment programs.

Fantastic breakfast in lovely outdoor spaces, good man made beach for swimming and sunbathing in luxury, gorgeous infinity pool right in a modern development with public restaurants, boutiques and lit fountains alongside a marina. Exceptional, modern rooms with beautiful luxury bathrooms.

Nothing, it was excellent.

it doesn't look like 5 stars , it seems like barely 3 stars because the services and the stuff they doesn't rise to being 5 stars , poor management and poor Quality of services, everything there is not near to be fancy
