Very nice unit with close access to the river walking trail. Only criticism is that toilet room is extremely tight (no good for Don Ciccio) and that the toilet paper is 2 ply and a cheap brand. Otherwise, wunderbah.

Cosy and warm, neat cottage. Beautiful views. Love the quiet location and great for travelling with dogs. The beds were firm but there were plenty of blankets. Well appointed kitchen but some of the crockery needs replacing. This winter the yard was muddy for the dogs. It looks like they're in the middle of updating it. Take care, the back steps can be dangerous when icy. Great access to the river and walking tracks.

I had a wonderful week at Tyntynder cottage with my two dogs. I’ve stayed many times and it’s always a gorgeous and very relaxing. Highly recommend.

arrived to pick up key , wrong key was in my envelope and letter was addressed to some else, huge breach of privacy. Arrived at property which had just been cleaned but the smell of bleach was over powering. Toilet was in such a tiny room that if you were a larger person you would struggle, as we struggled and we would consider ourselves as not on the larger size. Lovely wood heater, no wood when questioned was told wood was only available from the 1st May, this was not listed on the website or confirmation booking. Phots made the place look rather large in fact very tiny. Have used Stayz before with no issues but always dealt with the owner not a real estate agency.

Amazing location, just 20 mins easy walk from the town centre, 1 minute walk to the Ovens RiverQuiet, neat and tidy, plenty of space, every possible facility, comfortable beds, fantastic for dog owners- loved this place and we will definitely come back

This was an excellent unit. Very well fitted out, comfortable, clean and in a quiet location close to the Ovens River. There were 4 guests, and it was late autumn during our stay. Easy driving to the center of Bright with a number of excellent restaurants. Loved the Bright Brewery. Would quite happily stay here again.

Tyntynder Garden cottages are a gorgeous place to stay, and this is approx the 5th time I have visited. Tucked in under the gorgeous trees, close enough enough to Bright to walk into town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The cottage could use a deep clean as it was a bit dusty in parts, and the wi fi wasn’t working for the week we were there. But apart from that it was great, thanks for another lovely holiday.

We had a fabulous stay in Bright and surrounds in this very comfortable cottage (couple + 1 kid + 1 dog). We loved the leafy outlook and proximity to the river, and range of nearby activities. Excellent base for a walking/biking/river swimming/relaxing summer holiday in the beautiful high country.

Our third stay at Tyntynder Cottages (cottages 1 and 4) over several years. The cottage was as immaculately presented as previously. Very clean, well furnished, good amenities. Very secure and good sized yard for our dog (a 3 year old weimaraner). It's a great location, A minute or two drive to town centre and a 1 minute walk to the river, providing a 15 minute riverside walk into town. Bright Holidays are very responsive and easy to deal with. Great cottages, great stay.

We stayed here with friends to do some bike riding and walking. We loved the cottage. Very comfortable and perfect for four. The garden is lovely and the river is a short walk away. We will definitely stay again.

Just a couple of minutes walk through woodland to the river and a 5 minute bike path ride to the town centre, the chalet itself was lovely. The safely enclosed garden and surroundings were where it really stood out. Even in the rain, it was gorgeous to just sit and look out at the greenery.
Comfy beds and a fully kitted kitchen rounded it all out.
My dog was particularly delighted with the garden.

We had a very fine stay at the Tyntynder Cottage 1 for eight days. There was plenty of space for our small dog in a very secure area. The wood fire is an attractive feature and there was almost enough firewood to last for our total stay, an improvement on our previous visit three years ago. The accommodation is almost on the main road but set back far enough to avoid noise from the main road. The cleanliness was impressive and really appreciated. The main king size bed comfortable and warm. Having a dog limited our eating experiences to outdoor settings, but we frequented the Riverdeck Kitchen multiple times with their excellent service, very good quality and wide variety of food. Day trips to Beechworth and Mount Beauty were attractions.A very peaceful holiday.

Had a wonderful time, loved the cottage and surrounds, our only concern was that the washing machine didn’t appear to have been cleaned and bedroom curtains had mold stains, also the electric jug could have been cleaner, we know this can happen anywhere, we feel this should be part of the cleaning process. Having said all that we did thoroughly enjoy ourselves and would not hesitate to rebook. Regards Terri

No key was left as per the instructions given.
Place was not clean at all, railing in bathroom fell off and almost injured us.
Nothing at all was done about any of this when mentioned to staff. Still have not heard from them.
