Amazing host, the flat is perfect, the location is super good. I can only recommend this place.

Un petit havre de paix au calme à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville de Schoelcher et des plages. Un intérieur coquet, pratique et confortable permet de se sentir un peu comme chez soi.

Marthe Aimée and Ulrich are exceptional hosts, kind and helpful. The stay was exactly what I was looking for in Martinique. I had a great time staying at this place and would definitely recommend it to a friend. The place has great internet connection (80-90 Mbit/s according to speedtest.net) via Wi-fi, great location - several great beaches in the vicinity (5-10 min walk), a grocery store nearby. Also it's close to the airport and is located in the middle of the island, so gives you a better option to explore it.

The only issues I had were related to the induction stove in the apartment - personally for me it was difficult to cook on it. But in time you get used to it :)

Marthe-Aimée was a great host, very friendly and helpful. She gave me advice on how to get to places, came to pick me up at the airport for a better price than a taxi and stopped at a larger supermarket for me to do grocery shopping. The place is just as shown in the pictures and it’s great for 1 person. It’s stylish and welcoming and walking distance from 3 beaches.

We had a wonderful vacantion. The owner is a very nice and welcoming lady. She is a great person and provide us everything we needed during our stay. The place is very clean and the garden is very beautiful. Thank you very much for making us feel great.

I spent five wonderful days at La Tita! From the time I was picked up at the airport by Marthe-Aimee's youngest son Erik (sp?) and had a lively conversation as he drove me around Forte de France and then Schoelcher, I felt like family!' Once I arrived (quite a bit early) Marthe- Aimee greeted me with warm hugs and kisses and I knew I had found the perfect place for my stay in Martinique. The apartment is quaint, extremely clean, well furnished with everything you need, a full kitchen, A/C, decorated quite nicely and so comfortable!! The hot shower was amazing! I truly felt like I found my home in Martinique. The apartment is behind the main house right near the beach, grocery store, restaurants and local bus stops (Generally buses are 2.50 Euro, but was free when I boarded) and about 3-5 minute walk each. The place was so peaceful and quiet after a long day of sightseeing in Martinique. The best however, is the entire family (and little doggie). Ulrich, his brother and Marthe-Aimee were the most genuinely nice, down to earth, warm people that I ever met! They really enjoy making the clients feel welcome and taken care of, and you truly felt like family . They are attentive to the clients needs and want them to have the best experience possible. We had great conversations, (even with my limited French, yay to Google Translate 👍🏾) and Marthe-Aimee was just so kind and thoughtful. She even drove me and one of her lady friends out for the day to the famous Jardin de Boleta and then to St. Luce beach! We had such an incredibly lovely time together and it was so much fun! She and her kind husband drove me to the airport after my stay. All in all, a truly fantastic experience at La Tita and I highly recommend the apartment and the owners for your stay in Martinique. One of my best traveling experiences ever! Thank you to the entire family and doggie for making my stay so enjoyable in Martinique!

The hosts are superb: a kind family living next door, very helpfull but also discreet. The house is beautifully appointed, well equipped and very confortable. You can easily walk to the beach, market, restaurants and it's very quiet at night. I totaly recommend it!
