The guy at reception was very nice and I like that it had parking and quick walk to town
There is some smell at pool from a sewage conduit off property.

Found the location to be good, with easy access to the nearby beach and restaurants. There was ample parking available with good security for the car park and the hotel in general.
We stayed in the suite overlooking the car park on the 1st floor. The fact that this beautiful suite didn't overlook the sea was a negative aspect of the property.

Exceptionnel ! Le mieux que nous avons et dans tout notre voyage. Tellement bien situé prêt de tout mais tout en sécurité, vraiment un coup de cœur. Essayer les restaurants boule de neige et wanted burger, ils étaient super et en bord de mer! Nous avons fait du snorkeling près de l’hôtel et nous y avons vu plusieurs variété (étoiles de mer coussin, poisson lion, poisson volant, serpentin….)
Un stationnement privé et clôturer
Et un gros merci à Alex qui est un hôte super sympathique et serviable!
Un retour assuré pour nous au prochain séjour en Martinique

Exceptional front desk staff, friendly and extremely professional. A vast wealth of local knowledge made our exploration adventures even better.
Magali was the best resource for places to see and eat, and Alex was very helpful on arrival and assisting us as needed.
No dislikes. The only minor complaint would be no coffee in the room, although there was a coffee maker. Minor issue, not a deal breaker.

la localisation très facile d accès même avec les transports publics et une vue sur mer magnifique. chambres bien décorées, spacieuses et très bien équipées et très propres. Accueil super, en particulier Alex, sa gentillesse et son sens de l accueil.

The location is perfect with a gorgeous view overlooking the sea and the nearby beach and its bay.
The large balcony with the outside kitchenette, with a table and chairs plus two armchairs to relax.
The personnel really nice, front desk and cleaning staff.
The soothing sound of tiny frogs at night and the visits of small lizards 🦎 on the balcony were plusses.

Charming hotel which backs onto rhe beach
Our room was clean, spacious, well equipped with a kitchinette on the balcony
Staff were amazing friendly and helpful
We arrived late due to transportation issues but staff were on hand to check us in and provide us with everything we needed including food and drinks.
Will definitely stay here again.

The water for our tea at breakfast was barely even warm! Other guests had loud conversations on their balconies.

Swimming pool, beach access nearby, breakfast served to room, staff, parking, beers at the reception for purchase, seating at the balcony terrace.
Limited access to wifi applied (max. 3 devices per room), not sealing entering room doors so you can hear especially in the early morning and late evening guests entering/leaving their rooms, soap provided only in a shower no soap for handwashing.

very nice hotel, clean, nice beaches around. good breakfast to order and enjoy the view from the terrace. Eric was especially helpful, we never had such host. he even borrowed his car so we could go to the market near by…

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the pool was great and beaches nearby very nice for a swim with restaurants to grab a bite.
I would recommend getting the seafront room. the parking view rooms are quite noisy as the cars come in and out, especially if you are on the first floor.

Room, view, breakfast were all great. Steps from the beach, with the pool offering a nice alternative to cool off. Breakfast was excellent, mountains of fruit (even too much!) Would stay here again
Check-in process was a huge pain. I had to wait outside the front gate for 15 minutes to sneak behind another guest since there was no one to open the gate for me. When the guy finally came down to check me in, writing down my email and name in a google sheet took another 20 minutes. Very slow, especially for someone only in Martinique for one evening for work

Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. We loved the big terace and the ability to prepare food as my husband is vegie and there was not much choice in the restaurant. The pool was great and we enjoyed chilling out there and popping over to have a swim in the sea. There are few bars and restaurants on the beach and we loved having a drink and watch the sunset. We loved the stay and definitely will be back.

super friendly and supportive staff! Nice Pool and cozy atmosphere. Big parking lot with security gate and every apartment has an outside kitchen on the balcony.
The Hotel has a cooperation with various restaurants nearby so that guests get a free Planteur cocktail, super cool!
No soap at the bathroom sink, but we think that is easy to fix and no bigger issue!

on the beach ! first morning we saw local people fishing with a big net from the beach. cool
one room didn’t match with reservation. 2 single beds were expected and we got 1 queen bed. kids didn’t like it.

lovely pristinely-clean room with balcony facing the sea - staff incredibly helpful and competent - location quiet even though near the center of town - great breakfasts - free laundry service.
only that there was a cracked toilet seat (didn’t equate with the rest of the room which was beautifully done!)

Clean and groomed. Very good breakfast served in the room. The staff also take care of all the wishes of the guests. The environment is very authentic. We'd love to come back.
