It felt like a home away from home. Close to the train and bus station. Excellent host that speaks very good English, extremely helpful with directions and planning of trips in and around Rome. Good recommendations for a restaurant and even phoned ahead to make a booking for me at the restaurant. I really appreciated that she followed up with how my traveling is going and reminder of train cut off times for the night. Well done Geraldine!

We were warmly welcomed by the host, Geraldine, who showed us around and gave useful tips. She also made a coffee ready in moka for morning. Breakfast was delicious. Access to the garden was a bonus in this quiet neighborhood reachable by Metromare (public service train) from the city in about 15 mins. Beautiful and clean bathroom with shower gels and towels. Bidet wasn’t missing.

Perfect host, good connection with train and metro. 20 minutes to go to the sea. Around 30 minutes to Colosseum…

Amazing AMAZING host!!!!! The host went above and beyond to make my stay amazing even as far as planning an Italian itinerary for me !!!! It's a little room in a neighborhood of home overlooking a little garden with fresh apricots and near a very good local restaurant! If you want a quiet stay outside the center of Rome this is for you I loved it! I would love to visit again, her son Ludovico is adorable too !! :)

Geraldine is an amazing host. Thankfully she speaks fluently in English. We enjoyed getting out of the hustle and bustle of Rome after spending our first night in Trastevere and the last three with her. It was a perfect balance. She was an excellent resource for where to dine at a local restaurant nearby. Best meal and dining experience of our time in Rome! Geraldine is brilliant and was so helpful when it came to helping us navigate the metro system.
