Great location

Clothes washing facilities were not great

3 bedrooms all had there own shower and toilet, showers are a bit on the small side though. Very clean throughout with good kitchen facilities. Quiet residential apartment block with a Small lift to the sixth floor and access to the roof for a class of wine in the evening, (A communal table and chairs on the roof wouldn't go a miss though). Very comfortable beds but only one pillow which is very soft. Air conditioning is quiet and effective. 15min walk to the Colosseum.

The kitchen area is the only seating area as there is no lounge and can get stuffy. Table and chairs are adequate but could do with replacing, although we didn't eat in the apartment we did sit there every evening playing cards and found the plastic chairs uncomfortable after a while.... Although the wine and beer did seem to help. The photos of the property on line seem to show it bigger than it is but it was fine for us 5 adults.

it was good for a group of people, everybody had ita own privatasi because every room had a bathroom.

Its a great appartment with three sparate bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom. Very central localtion with great resturants and coffee shops just around the corner. Also great bars for those who like an evening drink. Superb supermarket also just around the corner. Appartment has French Coffee making apparatus. Did not have a toaster machine, but then cant have everything. Good size Fridge and we (three friends and myself) stayed there for 5 nights.

No toaster. Appartment had iron but could not find iron board, even though we were advised it was there. But did not matter in the end.

Great apartament, very clean, perfect for 3 couples (3 separate bedrooms + 3 bathrooms). Good localisation. The owner very helpful. Airport (ciampino) taxi for 60 euro

We loved the 3 large bedrooms each with own ensuite and a small kitchen and large fridge and a washing machine. It is on 6th floor and had lovely views. It was very well stocked and had replacements of essentials (toilet paper etc). Lots of windows that allowed nice natural light.

The only thing I could fault is the shower wasn’t quite warm enough and the washing mashing spin cycle left clothes still a little too damp - took days to dry them.

Good location, nice and clean, air con in bedrooms.

This is perfectly located in Rome. Both train stations are very close about 10 min walk both the metro and the one you take for speed trains. The Colosseum is also about a 10 min walk. Stanley met us there early in the morning and showed us around the apartment. They also arranged an airport transfer for us. The place is pretty big has 3 rooms and 3 baths which is nice. Each room has its own bathroom. Kitchen is small but it fit all of us and it came with all the basics, coffee, teas, sugar and of course oil, vinegar and salt. We asked him to bring us some clothes pins to hang our laundry and he did so that was great. The washer was not working well it did not spin the clothes very well and it leaked but it was hot enough outside that we hang them on the balcony and they dried quickly. Beautiful views from the little balcony and the terrace. Highly recommended!
