The amenities were terrific, the room is spacious, room service is affordable and delicious, and the pool is clean and inviting. I had a wonderful experience in the spa treatment. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Note that the hotel is far away from the city center, and the drive there is expensive. Also at the time of my visit there wasn't a shop in the hotel (to buy clothes, for instance, or souvenirs).

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic and serves local, indian and chinese meal.

the food was not good and the portion is very small and not worth for money. We ordered breakfast/lunch box and they gave us 2 boxes to share for 2 people until when we complained they gave us 4 boxes.

There was lots of things to do for kids if you wanted to pay extra. The property was really big and lots of space to run around. We liked the waterpark and outdoor playgrounds. The standard room was nice and clean but small.

You had to pay extra for the Naughty Castle, video games, Bumper Cars, and Fun Rail. They also don't allow any outside food or drinks.

The breakfast was exceptionally delicious as they provided everything nutritional and healthy as well as tasty. The location is perfect for such a big resort as it reminds me of a mini city with every luxury.

I did not have any issues and will definitely come back again for more trips. It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in in all aspects.

The accommodation and grounds were so beautiful and I enjoyed the lovely view of Mount Meru. The resort is well maintained with many facilities and amenities. The staff are friendly they even allow me to check out late. I enjoyed my day at water world area while having my drink at their beautiful pool bar. Breakfast was so so good and food was so delicious. Will come back with my family in the next trip.

I stayed at Fun Retreat for the one night after Safari and the place is very nice. Good ambiance and well maintained property. Staff was so friendly and helpful, nice room with hot water, amazing water park and a lot activities for the family. Delicious food and nice breakfast with a lot of varieties. Before the check out I had a 45 minutes treatment from their Ayurveda SPA and was awesome. Surely will come back again with my family during the holiday break.

Shower water was not hot enough and the flow was not enough to take a shower. Reception was not there when we want to check out,

The staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms had tv and ac and mini bar which I didn’t encounter often in Tanzania.

You had to turn the hot water heater on 30 min in advance of a shower which didn’t work for us as we arrived late and needed to leave early in the morning.

Lack of warm water (despite water heating was On) . Only after raising the issue to the reception they fixed it after a while. Had to ask for WiFi password twice. Asked for tissues twice and although Staff said they will bring, never done it. No spoon in the room altough tea and coffee facilities available. Loud place as there was a wedding organized in the hotel at open space. All the music was heard in the room late evening.

The stay at the Resort was very different Fromm everything else I’ve experienced in Tanzania being there for a month. Everyone here is efficient, friendly, providing a high level of service. The cuisine has options for every taste, but the cook surely nailed Indian and Chinese kitchens. Also SPA is really cool with a big variety of programs. I don’t have kids, but if I had this hotel would have been even a better experience. The variety of facilities and entertainment for kids is really good, starting from separate pool to a tree house and attractions as in the amusement park. Highly recommend :)

It’s isolated from the city, not a long drive, however you can’t go outside to explore. Nevertheless, the resorts territory is huge, so there is a lot space to walk.
