Bella 3 camere da letto 2 bagni, proprietà a tema in spiaggia situato nel centro di Dewey Beach. Viste della baia e un breve isolato a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ampio soggiorno / cucina con un ponte sul portico anteriore e spaziose camere da letto. Il noleggio include 2 posti auto (coperti). Tutto a Dewey a pochi passi! Loved our stay in Dewey Beach! The house is perfectly located. I would definitely come here again!

My adult children and I love Dewey Beach and this unit was very accomodating to our family. It was clean, all appliances worked very well, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The location was very convient and close to the beach. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Clean and beautiful condo. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the action--you're close to the beach, bay, and all the hotspots. Super nice host who is very responsive and nice.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. We stayed five days. The condo was super comfy and clean and stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials - even washer and dryer which was great to go home with clean towels! The of the condo was perfect walking distance to all of the resturants, shops and water sports. The beach was literally across the street and was in the perfect location for umbrella and chair rentals, if needed. All of the recommendations were spot on! Everyone enjoyed their stay and already looking forward to next year☀️

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach (which is dog friendly in the morning and evenings), restaurants, and entertainment. It also super convenient to drive to some great restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. We loved the beach decor.

Needed a place for a last minute getcaway with my family of 5. This place was awesome. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shower stall in the primary bedroom bathroom was my favorite

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Top floor rental. Clean and comfortable. Nice deck and seating area. Easy walk to all bars and restaurants. Beer/liquor store very close to the rental (walking distance).

This was our first vacation to Dewey. The location is great to the beach and bay area. Only a block and a half to the beach which was perfect for our kids to walk. There is family movie on the beach on Monday nights and beach bonfire on Wednesday nights which unfortunately was canceled due to weather. There was also a playground a block away on the bay side. Having the parking space and a parking pass was very convenient. There are areas that could use some cosmetic improvement, bedroom area rug very stained and the tiles on the floor in the bunk bed room are loose and separated, which was not advertised--on the listing it is carpeted. A broom or vacuum to clean up some sand that inevitably gets tracked in would have been nice. We stayed during the week and not weekend so the noise level was minimal and very family friendly. Mike's instructions were very clear and we appreciated him allowing us to check in an hour early as we were traveling with our dog.

Perfect location!
This condo is the perfect location in Dewey! It’s so close to everything plus you even have views of the bay from the deck. The only down side to that was our young children could hear everything going on at the bottle and cork from their back bedroom. But that’s our own fault for bringing our kids!
The space was great for our family, good amount of room for a small condo. We had our 3 young children plus my in laws with us at the condo. The distance to the beach was perfect for walking with our kids.
The owner was very responsive. The one issue we had was the cleanliness. The condo had very sandy floors upon arrival plus no hose to wash your feet off after the ocean. Which explains the sandy floors. The countertops were also a bit dirty in the kitchen and bathrooms. And the floor boards were very dusty. We did let the owner know and he said he would address it with the cleaning company but it didn’t help us during our stay. Additionally there was no broom or mop to clean the floors while there. I walked to every store in Dewey and no one sold a broom. May want to bring your own! Otherwise we had a nice time!

This was a really nice amount of space, comfortable for hanging out when we weren't out on the beach. Super easy parking, super easy beach access, super easy check in and great communication with the host.

Very easy to check in and out. Good amount of parking nearby in relation to the rest of Dewey Beach. Nice clean house with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Would rent again.

Great property, great location!
The property could use a deep clean but is generally tidy and well kept. Mike was very responsive to messages. I was a bit wary of dewey beach for a family vacation but it was great! The property is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There's some noise from nearby bars but it's manageable.

Great Dewey Get Away
The unit is half way between the bay and the ocean - what a great place to see the sunset and sunrise. The unit was clean, items were in good shape and the mural is beautiful. The unit is on the 3rd floor so one must be ready to walk up the stairs but the view is well worth it. We had a couple of questions about the TV and Mike was quick to respond to our questions. It was also great to have a reserved parking spot.

Close to the beach
This was our family’s first weekend away since start of quarantine. I was glad to have found this property very last minute with open vacancy that allowed pets. We were blessed with beautiful weather so we were outdoors mostly. It has always been a must for us to have a kitchen and this kitchen did not disappoint. We were able to reheat left overs and made coffee. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This property was not as advertised! To start, MIKE, the owner/property manager decided that since I contacted VBRO about the issues I had, he would NOT resolve anything... And he didn't! The place was terrible. The cleaners most likely did the best job they could but, nothing could salvage this nightmare of a condo! The furniture was stained. The walls were covered in scuffs and marks and paint chips. The bathrooms had the stoppers removed. The Kitchen area was riddled with food crumbs, the ice maker didn't work, the carpets were torn, stained. All in all this property was a total train wreck! I have pictures, it was just a terrible experience! The property manager/owner would not communicate with me to resolve any/all issues! Wasted my money, wasted my family's vacation... VERY BAD!!!!!

A little underwhelming !!
Although this property is in an optimal location, between the Bay and the Ocean, there are definitely some things I feel could have made out stay more suitable.and comfortable. First, whomever cleans the unit must be under 5 feet tall because there were various areas, shower, cabinets, refrigerator etc....that could use some cleaning / dusting as there was visible neglect. For the money, I just expected it to have a cleaner feel. Also, I feel that the master bedroom had no TV; however, the other 2 bedrooms did. Would have been nice to have a television like my children had. Lastly, we had to buy batteries, as several remotes were inoperable. This was troubling because I feel I saw an earlier review that stated the same thing so I question if these reviews are attended to. Overall, we enjoyed the area we stayed but was hoping for a little more of a wow factor where we laid our heads.

Weekend Beach Getaway
A group of friends and I stayed at this lovely condo for a weekend beach getaway. The place was clean, just as described, and was even more spacious than the photos made it seem. It's situated in the best location for beach access, restaurants, and bars. Michael's welcome email about parking and condo access was detailed and accurate. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely come back!

Great location. Easy access to beach and bay. This is a 3rd floor condo so the stairs were a challenge for the little ones. The house was fine but needed a good clean.
