Parking is available on the street, but not always open, right in front of the home.

The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished with everything one could ask for, including food bags and cling film! It was spacious, aery and full of light at a nice, quiet location. All appliances and utensils were excellent and very clean. Mr. Yannis was a wonderful, kind and very helpful host and I look forward to meeting him again in the future!

Literally the only very minor issue was the toilet seat that needs to be repaired.

Brilliant cozy apartment, nice and classy decoration, no cheap furniture, luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi etc. Host was very friendly, discrete and helpful. Will definitely check if it's free next time I want to go to Athens.

I felt like there were not many options in walking distance, as it is mainly a residential area of a suburb. This made the area really calm however, quiet at night and felt safe.

This was certainly the best value for money accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Maria and Mr Yiannis were adorable hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to answer some questions we had for the Wi-Fi connection and helped us carry our luggage. Mr Yiannis truly has a heart of gold and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was extremely practical with all the amenities you could ask for and more. Plus, the double bed in particular has a fantastic mattress (I have chronic back issues and difficulty sleeping but this mattress was made in heaven). Overall, the whole apartment is super equipped, and the outlay is very well thought out. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area which makes it ideal for relaxing. There are plenty of parking spots to choose from very close by. There is a mini market at the end of the road and a much larger supermarket 1km away. Most importantly, it is very well situated as you can quickly access the motorway (Attiki Odo) and go to the airport or visit other parts of Athens in well under 30 mins.

It was one of the best stays we have had as a family. The house is big, with 2 spacious bedrooms, big bathroom with a jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, wide balconies in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of free parking space around the property, a gigantic supermarket within 2 minutes driving distance and a mini market within 1 minute walking distance. Maria the owner, has created a beautiful, relaxing environment, of exquisite taste, offering all main -and even more- amenities. We could not but notice and truly appreciate all the tiny details that make the vast difference between a home and just another rental. And of course, we were honored to meet Maria's father, Mr. Yiannis, who is the kindest and most generous human being ever. We are grateful to both for making our stay as stress-free and tranquil as one could wish for! We will surely be visiting again!

The flat was great. Air conditioned all around which spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Very close to the airport too and great value for money.

I can't really find anything wrong to say for the place.
