Adoramos e voltaremos. Cumprimentos.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alberto's apartment and once again we had a thoroughly good time. Alberto and Isaac could not be any more helpful, a surprise bottle of Fizz on ice awaiting us when we checked in and even the offer of getting us some groceries if we were nervous about going to the Supermarket due to Covid19. We will definitely be back either later this year or next.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette location à 5, dont 3 jeunes (19, 16, 15 ans). Chacun avait sa place. La maison est jolie, agréable et fonctionnelle. Très bonne situation pour accéder à la plage et au village à pied et pour visiter d’autres villes d’Algarve. Bon accueil d’Isaac avec le sourire et un panier gourmand. Il manque juste une cafetière 😊.

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Teenagern 1 Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden zurück! Das Haus hat 2 Etagen mit jeweils eine Wohnung mit Terasse oder Balkon. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung hat 3 gut möblierte Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-, Ess-und Kochbereich mit allem was man braucht und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch eine Dachterrasse mit 2 Liegestühlen, wo man den Abend genießen kann. Der Strand und das Ausgehviertel von Alvor mit etlichen Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Isaac kümmert sich um seine Gäste mit Engagement, ist jederzeit erreichbar und reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt in Alvor sehr gut gefallen und wir können Isaac und seine Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. 2 Punkte sind jedoch verbesserungswürdig: 1.Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer benötigt unbedingt einen Rollladen. Im Sommer knallt gleich morgens die Sonne rein und macht das Zimmer so heiß, dass die Klimaanlage hoffnungslos überfordert ist. Das nebenan liegenende Schlafzimmer hat einen Rollladen und da ist die Hitze wesentlich besser zu verkraften. Alvor kann richtig heiß werden, wir haben bis zu 39 Grad erlebt! 2. Einer der Betten knarrt so laut bei jeder Bewegung, dass man wach wird, sobald man die Schlafposition ändert! Ich denke, das sind leicht behebbare Mängel.

Bien situé, près du centre-ville et de la plage. Par contre manque de vaisselles, assiettes, tasses, ustensiles, etc. Impossible d'utiliser le lave-vaiselle, pas assez de couverts. Propriétaire très gentil. Beau séjour.

Great apartment and perfect location. Have already booked to return next year. The photos don't do the terrace area justice, it is large with two sunbeds, small table and great for people watching.

Lovely apartment, great location and very helpful owners. We had a great time in Alvor. Would recommend :)

Perfect spot to visit Algarve. Warm welcome by the owners, well-equiped house, spacious property located close to everything, it is all you look for for a stay in Algarve. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Albertos. It was close (within walking distance) to Alvor town. There are bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. There is air con in the living room but not the bedrooms. There is nice balcony area with 2 sunloungers and 3 chairs and a table. We used this outside area quite a bit. We did not cook in the apartment but there is a dish washer and the washing machine came in very handy.

Nice Apartment, right in the heart of Alvor, plenty of space to relax, wonderful big balcony /terrace , which includes two sun beds.

Apres une déception en arrivant faute de ménage correct dans la maison.(Nous sommes peut être trop exigeant) Nous avons vite trouvé nos marques grâce à Isaac le propriétaire. Un cadeau de bienvenu très sympathique des réponses à nos questions Isaac a su nous mettre a l'aise de suite. La maison est à coté des commerces et de la plage parfait pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Property lovely and clean. Basic but everything you need. Outside area is a big bonus. Large patio with new sun loungers which captures the sun all day long. Lovely cafe on the corner for breakfast. Very chilled and relaxed. Loved watching the children coming to school everyday and the train passing the cafe early evening, everyone waving and cheering. Would definitely stay again. Lovely hamper waiting for us with essentials, wine, bread and milk. Communications with Alberto and Issac were great.

I was really impressed with this apartment. We were only a couple staying here but would easily sleep a family. Any questions I had prior to my stay Isaac responded quickly to me and put me at ease. Check in and out times were flexible which was great. The welcome hamper is a really nice touch and the addition of the new sun beds on the terrace are lovely. And it has air conditioning which most of the holiday apartments opposite doesn’t. Everything is in walking distance we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and even looking to book here again for next year!

Very good first impression from owner meeting us, spacious lovely house in good location for beach and village. Will book this one or the upstairs one of theirs again next time. Flexible check-out time much appreciated and welcome pack for our birthdays whilst there. Needs full length mirror for ladies dressing and a couple of sun relaxer chairs on terrace would help. Overall excellent. Please pass on to owners as separate review would not run due to internal "error" on home away website. Thanks Isaac. Steve and Ann :)

Appartement confortable décoré avec goût et bien équipé pour 6 pers. Idealement placé à quelques mètres de la mer et du centre vivant d Alvor. Petite ville de l Algarve située à une 1h de la pointe Est et 1h de la pointe Ouest, idéal si l'on veut rayonner sur plusieurs zones . Commerces à proximité, pas de difficultés pour stationner et quartier calme. Très bon accueil avec panier de bienvenue. Tout était parfait. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
