We loved this stay ! It was my 6yr olds first time seeing the ocean! I dont know what we would have done if we didnt have a pool and the beach with how often we went back and forth ! It was amazing !!! The room looks just like the photos.
We loved that there was beach toys, chairs, and a bag !
The pool was so nice ! The tiki bar was a great addition for thw adults!!! And the icecream/snacks there for this kids! ++ affordable!
A couple small things that would have made the stay more convenient would be there to be more hooks for all the wet things. Maybe a line in the shower to lay things to dry on would have been helpful.
Also the beds headboard was seeming loose ? If you laid your back against it , it would knock on the wall. (We ended up putting a pool noodle behind it ).
The location was ok! If it was just adults , walking further would have been ok! But with a young kid we were restricted to only a few places to eat/shops. But 7 eleven is close ! That was perfect ! We took Lyfts some places though. They weere fast and affordable.
Overall. We would def go back !!!!

Very nice location and property. There was some mold and mildew in the shower and on the shower head, but not enough to make a major impact. The room was clean and well kept, however there were so many things in the closet area (folding chairs, floats, vacuum, etc) that we were unable to hang up any clothes.

Will most certainly book this little gem again. Great location, clean, and exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a comfortable place to chill, have beach time, pool time, catch a baseball game, etc. and is easy in and out to everything this is it. While the pool is open they have a tiki bar and food as well.

Pros: Location - Perfect. In a quiet location. Beach wasn't ever crowded. Close to Publix and several restaurants (10-15 min walk) Friendly staff - All staff! Helpful and friendly. Comfy bed - we loved it. So comfy! Beach access - within a minute walk. View - Gorgeous!! Things to do - Johns Pass and St Pete beaches within a 5 minute drive. We called Island Hopper (their card info is at the front desk and we highly recommend them) Clean condo and nicely decorated - It was spotless. Kudos to the the cleaning staff!
Cons - The shower would not get warm unless we ran the water for at least 5 minutes. No matter what time of the day and even at 4 am, we had to run water for 5 minutes.
Kitchen sink was the same. But after we figured it out, it wasn't something we stressed about. The only real complaint was that the room had a VERY musky odor. This was NOT from the unit not being clean. It was spotless. We understand that FL is very humid but we have stayed in many FL condos that never smelled that musky. We tried to air out the condo each day but that never worked. A little musky is one thing but this was almost unbearable to the point of giving us headaches. Also, the end tables on each side of the bed - What in the heck?! The owner or manager needs to open the drawers and smell them. Actually, just standing or sitting by them, you will smell them. AWFUL!
Overall, many more pros than cons. Just take care of those smelly issues.

My husband and I absolutely loved celebrating our 30th anniversary here. Everything was as advertised and the resort staff were always friendly. The view is amazing!

We liked that everything was so updated and view was perfect. We did not have any problems with the unit. The bed is quite soft. The Tiki bar is next to the heated pool with plenty of seating with bathrooms close by.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. Perfect location, The condo had everything you could want or need for your stay. I even cooked breakfast a few mornings. Management team was very responsive with the couple of questions I had during our time. We walked to all the stores and restaurants. Even has a Publix nearby. We will be back soon !!

Beautiful room with marble flooring and a gorgeous view of the gulf. Beach is less crowded which was ideal for relaxation and a more intimate vacation with my wife. Would recommend this room to anyone looking to travel to the gulf.

We chose the Island Inn because of the close proximity to Caddy's. After dating 7 years we got married on the beach by a friend. Room 521 was clean and fit our needs perfectly, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We actually left our floating noodles for the next renters. We will try to stay in 521 on our next return.

My wife and I honeymooned in this area and we have not been back since that time. The rental was just as described, the beach is great and right out the front door. The room is small for a “condo” but matches the listing, so no surprise. The tiki bar is a nice add on that most condos don’t have. The only drawbacks at all were the parking which is limited at the building and so you may have to park across the street (still free though), and the check in was a bit confusing. I think that may have been that the person at the desk did. Not catch it when I told her it was a privately owned unit and I just needed the keys and parking pass. It worked out quickly. Then no issues and had a great time.

Great location, pleasant staff, clean linens, room appears clean as you walk in, however several utensils in the utinsil drawer were put away greasy, and the drawer itself was dirty. Enough hair in the refrigerator to make me wonder, what did they clean first with that rag to leave that much hair behind? Blender and cook top were very greasy, which made inside the cabinets greasy. Male underware left in cabinet. Great place if you don't open any cabinets or doors. We cleaned several things ourselves. I took pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I found the listing to be as described. It was clean and just the right size for my husband and I. We enjoyed walking the beach everyday. It is flat and easy to walk, plus there were tons of shells. We saw dolphin while walking the beach too.
We made a trip to see manatee at TECO. Had some great food at near by restaurants and a good drink at the tiki bar. We would stay here again!

We were delighted with our stay! The room was exactly as pictured and so conveniently located. We were looking for a quiet vacation and the Island Inn is located a little further away from all the night life so it was perfect! The front desk staff was kind during check-in and i-trips was responsive with any questions we had (which weren't many - great listing and great maintenance of the property). The only "complaints" or possible negative observations we had were, the cleaning products used leave a VERY strong odor to the point our eyes were watering a bit, however, after opening the sliding door and taking a walk on the beach, the room had aired out to the point we could relax. The other item, was we were looking forward to relaxing in the Adirondack chairs pictured, but unfortunately those must not have survived and have been replaced with less comfy standard patio chairs. Other than those two items, the stay was flawless and we hope to return!!!!

Anniversary trip
Great place to stay as it is just a few steps away from the beach. We stayed a full week and the beach area was never crowded. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles which was appreciated. Walking distance or a short Uber/Lyft ride to many great places to eat and shop.

Great location!
Perfect get-a-way spot for a long weekend. Just what my girlfriend and I were looking for...beachfront, close to nightspots, restaurants, etc... We will definitely plan on returning!
