"IF Vilamoura", la nostra villa di famiglia nel cuore della soleggiata Algarve, in Portogallo. Se stai cercando una casa in una bellissima zona di Vilamoura, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dal porto turistico, non cercare oltre. La posizione è ottima!
Il Portogallo, vale a dire l'Algarve, è noto per l'abbondanza di sole, lunghe spiagge di sabbia dorata, buon cibo e gente cordiale. "IF Vilamoura" è una confortevole e tipica villa dell'Algarve, con ampi spazi comuni, una terrazza con barbecue e un tranquillo giardino mediterraneo. Abbiamo 8 camere (con bagno privato), con soffitti alti e ampie finestre.
La villa è fantastica per persone attive, famiglie e grandi gruppi, in quanto è un sacco di spazio con ottimi servizi e una posizione eccellente.
La villa vanta un'enorme cucina (100m2), una sala cinema / giochi, un grande barbecue, 2 campi da tennis, un tavolo da biliardo (biliardo), Dards, una piscina (14x4m) e un campo da gioco e green (con 4 buche) , per gli amanti del golf. Sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e mobili da esterno per il tempo libero "Rattan" sono tutti forniti per rilassarsi o cenare all'aperto. Il grande barbecue tradizionale a carbone e gas non farà che migliorare la tua esperienza di vacanza.

We had 13 in our golf party and everyone wants to come back to the same villa next year which is testament in itself. For the last 14 years we have always gone somewhere different for our golf.
The villa has ample space with great facilities for your evening entertainment.
Pinhal is walking distance & The Old Course a 10 minute transfer.
Fully recommend for a party of golfers.

What a brilliant property! Fabio was super helpful in communicating from start to finish and we all loved our time at the villa. I’ve never stayed at a better equipped villa. From the facilities available to the cleanliness and standard of the rooms through to the location to the marina and golf I couldn’t fault a thing. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Fabio!

The whole process was incredible start to finish. Check in was quick and easy, the host was really good at communicating and very fast to reply before and during our stay. The house was beautiful, we were blown away. So much to do and a gorgeous walk or cycle to the beach. Cant recommend highly enough.

We recently had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this magnificent 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom house in Vilamoura, Portugal. Our large party, consisting of three families totaling 13 people, was comfortably accommodated, with each family able to enjoy their own space. Fabio was a welcoming host and was always available within minutes for any questions we had.
The house itself exudes a tasteful blend of local charm and modern convenience. Each room was meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. The grand living spaces and bedrooms offered comfort and allowed us to casually hangout together as a family.
The amenities provided turned our stay into a resort-like experience. The house boasted a well-maintained swimming pool, which was an instant hit with our group. The tennis courts were in excellent condition and provided a great way to burn off some of the indulgences of our holiday.
Vilamoura itself is a paradise, with its beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, and the warm, welcoming nature of the locals. The location of the house provided easy access to all the attractions.
Overall, our stay was a seamless blend of relaxation, fun, and luxury. This house in Vilamoura exceeded all our expectations and made our vacation a truly unforgettable experience. For any large groups or families seeking a high-end holiday home with a personal touch in the heart of Portugal's beautiful Algarve region, we can't recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing
We thought the villa looked amazing on the photographs but even these don’t do this justice. Excellent location, excellent facilities and absolutely loads of space for all. We will definitely return. Thanks again to Fabio for the initial guided tour. Highly recommended

Fantastic
The Villa is amazing, the upper floor is like an executive suite, completely separated from the lower floors and provides a fine escape from the large parties that will inevitably stay at this very spacious Villa. We had four generations staying and the Villa was perfect for us all.

Perfect for large group
We travelled as a group of friends. There were 19 of us (14 adults and 5 children children aged between 10 months and 4 years). Villa is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Some handy info for you: large supermarket for big shop, small taxi ride away if you don’t have car and Fabio left taxi contacts for us, Spar is a 5 min walk away, Vilamoura marina 20/30 min walk away, 2 huge fridge/freezers at Villa, irons & hair dryers at Villa, bathroom, pool/beach towels included, 2/3 bikes available to use, charcoal BBQ & gas hot plate at Villa, pool inflatables & some gym equipment ie weights, resistance bands & TRX ropes available to use, air con in all rooms, tennis rackets/balls to use on courts, basket ball for ring & clubs for putting green at Villa, kitchen very well equipped.
It’s definitely worth heating the pool especially if you have children. It’s excellent for children with 1/2 the pool being shallow with steps then leading to the deeper end.
Would recommend you take monitors if you have small children going to bed early as the rooms can feel far away from the main living area and garden depending on what room you are in but all feels very safe and secure and rooms have individual locks on them.
Finally the host Fabio was unbelievably helpful, booking our transfers, recommending caterers one night (they were excellent & good value), answering all my questions swiftly prior to arrival.

Fabulous!
We had the most amazing family break at IF Vilamoura. Fabio was really helpful and informative. The villa is spotlessly clean with lots of separate areas so even thought a large group stayed it was easy to keep everyone entertained.

5 families an amazing week at this beautiful villa.
5 families with kids from age 1 to ten. Absolutely perfect accommodation for us all. Great facilities we all loved the tennis courts and pool including great inflatables. Excellent kitchen and bbq facilities. Clean and modern accommodation. Fabio was a brilliant host and we all loved our stay at the IF villa. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Fabio !!!!

Wonderful family getaway
Had a fantastic week here with the whole family (14) from all generations to celebrate a special birthday. IF was everything and more we could have asked for. Will definitely return and would totally recommend.

Excellent Villa for large groups
We rented the villa for a mixed group for a work sales incentive trip and it worked perfectly. The villa is very spacious, clean and has lots of activates to do - tennis, swimming, table tennis, relaxing by the pool. playing pool, golf putting green etc.
I would recommend this villa highly either for group or a few families, Fabio is also an excellent host and very helpful.

Fantastic villa
The villa was much more than I had imagined. Fabio was a great host and even came out on Christmas Day to resolve an issue. The location is fantastic and was perfect for our group. It had all the amenities for both kids and adults. We loved staying there. The heated pool was a bonus. Would love to come back again.

A week in a fantastic villa.
There were 19 in our party from 5 families with kids of all ages. Facilities were fantastic and even better than expected. Better in real life than the pictures if that's possible. Fabio, the owner, was great and gave us lots of information when we arrived. So much space to relax and chill out. We are booking again for next year.

Fantastic Villa. The pictures don't do it justice!
The villa was perfect for our family group of 11 people. It was bigger than the pictures suggested and ideal for us with three generations of the family, each on a different floor. The space was perfect and could comfortably accommodate a much larger party.
The pool worked well for the adults and children (ages 7-77....) and the tennis courts got used almost every day when it was cool enough to play!
Fabio could not have been more helpful- he even replaced one of the dishwashers inside 24 hours when it stopped working.

Luxury villa
We spent a week as a family group of twelve in July 2017. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was located in a very safe residential area opposite the Hilton hotel and only a 5 minute taxi drive to the marina. The villa itself was luxurious with loads of space and a superb outdoor area with tennis courts, a putting green and a safe swimming pool for kids. The attention to detail both inside and outside the villa is 5*. We found the bicycles really useful for popping to the local supermarket and Fabio , the owner of the villa was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved it so much we have rebooked it for next year.

Amazing villa
We stayed for a week - a party of 20 ladies for a big birthday celebration. Age range was from 22 - 88 years old so you can see this would suit any age group and children alike. Fabio is a wonderful host who popped in regularly to see if there was any problems but likewise would come at any time if any minor problems arose. The villas is well equipped, spotless with a lovely pool. The old village is a 10-15 minute walk away and this is so pretty and well worth a visit. The marina is probably a 20-30 minute walk away with restaurants and bars in abundance. There is a spar supermarket which is a 5 minute walk away which has got most things you could want. There's a lovely bar restaurant called Pirata less than a 10 minute walk and this is a must to visit. Lovely staff and tasty and reasonable food - we went many times. All in all we couldn't fault the villa and hopefully we will definitely be going back!!!

Amazing place
19 of us stayed in this amazing villa for 3 nights as part of a hen do. Being a mixture of oldies and younger ones the villa worked perfectly with a mixture of sleeping options, and even an 8 sleeper dorm for the youngsters. Quality of kitchen and seating areas (there's 2) was top notch, with loads of seating, sofas and external areas to keep everyone happily entertained. There's also a small pool but it was a bit cold for us. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the marina or a €7 taxi. Communications very good with the owner Fabio. I would recommend this villa for large groups of people wanting to celebrate a special birthday or event.

A lovely oasis!
My family and I stayed at If Vilamoura over Christmas. There were a lot of us and the space was perfect. There was plenty of space when everyone was together in the kitchen and in the patio area, but still plenty of private space if you wanted to get away (or are a teenager and want to play video games away from your parents!). The home was so fresh and clean. Everything you would need was there. To have the tennis courts was amazing too. The best part though was that the space provided big enough tables where we could all sit down together and enjoy each other's company. Also, Fabio was an excellent communicator throughout the process, even coming by the house when any issue arose. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wow factor at If Vilamoura
My wife and I and our 3 month old daughter stayed at If Vilamoura in early Oct. What a fantastic place. Dealing with Fabio before we arrived was simple and he was very nice to deal with. The house itself is absolutely stunning. Its modern and clean with lovely interior design and every facility and item you would need (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron, blender, cutlery etc. The landscaped garden and pool area are a beautiful place to spend the day especially with a young baby. The outdoor seating area is really cool and there are plenty of sun loungers too.
The location is perfect. The Hilton hotel is just across the road if you want a coffee or breakfast and the Old Village is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a small shop close by too for supplies. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the Marina which has lots of options for food and supermarkets. Fabio recommended some places to eat which we tried and were the best food we had on our trip.
All in all its a fantastic house to stay in and would recommend 100% for big groups or small. We will be back!!

I already rented few villa in the last few years and this one was one of the best. The Villa have everything you need and is very comfortable. We was here with families and friends. Less than 5 mins by car of the nearest beach, and same time to the Marina of Vilamoura. It's Quiet and the BBQ area outside the house is also very good. Fabio & Patricia was always ready to help and very friendly with all of us when needed.
If I choose to come back in Vilamoura for sure I will get in touch with Fabio.
If I am looking at something to improve it's could be about the dinning room in the main kitchen but it's only a way to improve.
If you are more than 12/15 and want to go in Algarve it's the place to rent !

We had a family reunion in Vilamoura. We had over 20 people staying at the house and there was more than enough room. The great part was that the kids, adults, etc had their own space and could get together for meals in the spacious outdoor area. Fabio was great to work with and once we arrived we met Patricia who was the maid. We absolutely loved her! She helped us make reservations at restaurants, set up trips and helped us confirm excursions that we had previously booked. The house is a 1min walk to the Hilton Hotel. We would pay for the trolley to take us to town or if we were short on time we called the Uber there, or asked them to get a taxi for us. Sometimes we even walked when it wasn't too hot. It was about a 20 min walk to the Marina.
Overall, we could not have asked for a better holiday and this home and the staff helped make it spectacular! Payments, emails and everything were extremely easy through homeaway. Thank you for a great vacation!
