This was our 4th trip to St. George Island and we thoroughly enjoyed this house. Being right on the beach was very nice. The interior was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of books and games. The house had a some exterior wear but that is to be expected at any beach house. The porch was great and the outside furniture was very comfortable, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view. We would definitely rent this house again.

Sunrises are not to be missed! After a day trip to lovely but busy Panama City, Rosemary and Alys Beaches, our group of 7 looked forward to returning to the solitude of our quiet and relaxing oasis. With front row seats, we observed daily squadrons of pelicans and tail-slapping dolphins. Gorgeous cardinals visited us on the deck. The plentiful natural vegetation really makes this property special. Agree 100% with all of the 10/10 reviews!

Amazing house for small group-well supplied kitchen, super comfy beds, clean updated baths, lots of beach gear/supplies, amazing large deck with comfortable chairs in both shade and sun. Very light and beachy feel. Close enough to walk to jetty. Definitely plan to stay again….

We had the most amazing stay in Fishy Fishy, it was everything that was described and more. This is a beautiful house and location if you want get away from it all. Huge thanks to Mason who was so helpful and quickly dealt with a few questions we had. We would highly recommend this property.

This home could not have been any more perfect! From the views, to the neighborhood, to the uncrowded beach, to the cleanliness, this home has it all! Allison was very easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend this property!

The moment we walked into the living room, the view took our breath away. As we explored the house, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail, including a well stocked kitchen, tasteful furnishings, high quality linen, and even soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Clearly, this is owned by someone who cares that you have a great stay. The covered deck is huge and quickly became the our favorite spot because you are so close to the water that it feels almost like being down on the beach. To top it off, this seemed to be a popular spot for dolphins, sometimes with schools of a dozen or more. If you are looking for a home this size and in this price range, then look no further!

This house was just right for our family. We did have an issue with the A/C but the owner had it taken care of ASAP.
Walk to the beach from the patio is such a plus.

Fishy Fishy exceeded our expectations! The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had plenty of room for each guest to have privacy, yet felt cozy and warm for spending time together. The beach is pristine, no high rises here! The neighborhood is lovely with native landscaping and bike/walking trails. We cannot wait to return to Fishy Fishy 💖

Our family loved staying at Fishy Fishy! The house is directly on the beach with private boardwalk, making it super easy to pop down to the beach. The host has clearly put much thought into the home. It is super well equipped. From beach towels to beach chairs to the kitchen appliances. We had everything we needed and more. Loved all the hooks for towels and hampers in each room. The kids especially enjoyed the beach toys. Allison was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed in advance. We absolutely loved the home and had an amazing trip to SGI. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

I stayed in this home with two friends in Feb 2023. We could not have been more pleased with the home. Extremely clean, super comfy beds, awesome beachfront location, and every detail thought of - the home is incredibly well equipped. The host was very communicative prior to the stay, even providing a guide book to help us plan our trip! We had a few questions during our stay and she was responsive every single time we contacted her - quick on the reply and always with the answer!
We loved St. George Island too….book with confidence! This property looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fishy Fishy! Check-in at the front gate was super easy and fast. The home was nestled in the neighborhood and was so inviting from the moment we laid eyes on it. Every detail was well thought out. Beautiful finishes, beautiful art, very well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Rooms were elegantly decorated and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Bathrooms looked immaculate. Being steps away from the beach was wonderful! Quickly running back in for more snacks, a nap, or some down time was great. The kids LOVED the outdoor shower! You can tell this home was well thought out and whoever is managing it takes pride in the experience they are providing. LOVED our stay here!!

Great location on SGI in a gated community. My parents went with us (my family of 5) and their was the perfect amount of space for us all. My parents stayed in the Master on the Main. My wife and I stayed in the Master upstairs. All of the rooms were well decorated, well equipped, and perfectly thought out. The kitchen was a chef's dream. The access to the beach was too easy and extremely private. Loved it and look forward to returning!

We have stayed at SGI for over twenty years several times a year and this was one of our favorites. Bluetooth speakers to play our music, books, games, hooks for hanging things, beach blankets, a great welcome basket, spices and so much more. The house was very clean and comfortable to be in. 5 stars.

I spent a week in this house with my 3 kids and 3 of their friends, and it was wonderful! The house is exactly as described, so there were no surprises. It was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect. This was my 4th vacation in the area, and this was by far the best house. Well done!

BEAUTIFUL Beachfront Home!
My family and I just returned from a week at this beautiful home! We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties, and I can honestly say, this is one of my favorites. The home is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The attention to detail in this home was very impressive. It's the small things that matter the most sometimes like charging stations for electronics, and white noise machines in all the bedrooms, a basket of bug spray, a complimentary bottle of wine and a few snacks just to name a few. My family and I commented often as to how cozy and welcoming the home felt. And then when you have a view of the gulf right out your door with fantastic deck furniture to sit on to enjoy it, it doesn't get much better. This was our first trip to St. George Island and I will say the beautiful beach and the house definitely made our trip wonderful!

Our family’s third stay at Fishy Fishy did not disappoint! The spacious home is so beautifully decorated and not lacking of any essentials. Comfy beds, tons of linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, games and puzzles - you will want for nothing in this home! The sunrises were spectacular to view from the gorgeous beach or the large porch/deck. A perfect getaway!

Felt like a home away from home
What a lovely experience we had at Fishy Fishy. Our group of 7 adults, a 4-yr old, and a baby were very comfortable. The house was incredibly well-equipped. We planned for and cooked nearly all our meals at the house, and we weren’t left in want for any tools, pots and pans, or containers for leftovers. The range with the griddle and grill really made cooking for a small group really easy! We brought our own beach towels but loved the lightweight Turkish towels. There were plenty of beach chairs and options for shade. The white noise machines in the rooms, the books, the labels on the light switches, the sturdy and plentiful porch chairs, the coffee pods and snacks, the subscriptions to any network we could have wanted, the kids toys and games both inside and out, the books, the drink recipes, the first aid kit, and the many other extras really made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you so much!!!

Delightful
Our experience with Fishy Fishy was first-rate from beginning to end. Allison is a great communicator and timely responded to any questions we had, such as whether there was an exterior outlet to recharger our Tesla. The property itself provides such an expansive view of the beach that, even when it rained for a couple days, what we could see from the living room and kitchen windows compensated somewhat for the thunderstorms. This is a well-stocked and well-planned home with pleasing decor and one of the best locations and views you could ask for in SGI. Strongly recommend, especially for families.

We had a wonderful week at the Fishy Fishy. The location is perfect. The house is extremely well-maintained and very well stocked. Everything you need is available at the house, for adventure, cooking, reading, or lounging around. The house feels very much like home - it's clear that the owners take a great deal of pride in their beach house and providing an excellent experience for their visitors. Fishy Fishy house is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was well stocked and clean. The check in process was so easy and Allison was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend Fishy Fishy and Allison its owner. My wife, friends and I stayed for a week. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Everything you need is there and more. The beach is grand and the gulf view is spectacular. My interactions with Allison were professional . She gave us information prior to our arrival and checked on us to make sure that everything was to our liking, which it was. We would definitely stay at Fishy Fishy again.

Great place!
Fishy Fishy is probably the best villa we've ever rented. It has everything a family needs for a great week's stay. Comfy beds, great showers and a beautiful well stocked kitchen. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was addressed by the owner as promptly as possible over the holiday. The Plantation neighborhood has nice walking/biking trails and lovely beaches. We will definitely come again!

We really enjoyed this peaceful and relaxing house with fantastic amenities. We did have one hiccup where a local power surge fried the motherboard of the dishwasher, but the owner was very responsive in getting repairs arranged (wasn’t a big deal from our end). Hope to come back again!

Great St George Vacation
We loved staying at this property in the Plantation at St. George Island. The home is well taken care of with all the amenities one would want for a beach vacation. The owners have left special touches that made for an extraordinary vacation, including a fire pit, games, bikes, and outdoor grilling in addition to the comfortable amenities within their home. Loved it all.

Fishy Fishy is amazing! Our family had an incredible stay. The owners have gone to great lengths to make their home comfortable & hospitable. The house is impeccably clean and super comfortable. I'm not sure I've ever had a prettier view of the beach....the porch & boardwalk views are hard to beat.
We were amazed at how stocked the kitchen was (including sweet welcome snacks) and grateful that the owners shared so many beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas). Allison, the owner, is so very kind and quick to respond to our correspondence. We are working on figuring out another time to visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fishy Fishy to friends. Beautiful family vacation
Our family had an amazing week of rest and relaxation. The house was beautiful and clean for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We love the porch to enjoy morning coffee, listening to the waves, and watching the sunrise and sunset. We appreciate all the extra touches the Fishy Fishy had to offer: fire pit (for roasting marshmallows for s’mores), bag toss game, bikes (for riding around the Plantation), and grill (yummy kababs). Kitchen is beautiful with an amazing stove and well stocked with cooking supplies. Allison is an amazing host. We loved her communication. Our family can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!
We had 2 families, With kids from 17 months to 8 years old. We enjoyed the memories we were able to make here.
The house was clean, beautiful, and the rooms were well laid out.
A few days before we arrived the owner sent a link to an app that explained further details about the house so we could familiarize ourselves. This helped us feel comfortable and know the house when we arrived, it was so helpful.
The owner has maintained the house extremely well and is accessible for any questions.
It was a wonderful and restful vacation and plan to return here in the future.

My family had an amazing week in this beautiful & comfortable beach house that is literally right on the beach! The owners had attended to all the little details which made it all the better! We will definitely plan another visit as soon as possible!
