View was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Our shower didn't seem to work well. Used the other one No ice buckets.

Location was excellent. Oversized apartment and reasonably clean.

Keurig cups were not available in rooms with machine. Clientele had to retrieve cups from lobby. No breakfast at all. No "Do not disturb" indicators available for doors. Phones were inoperative. No posting of checkout times on doors. The last night we were there someone opened our door and were stopped by the latch while we were in bed. No announcement and no apology. Almost filed a police report. The front desk, (had to use our own phone), told us it was probably room service coming to the wrong room. Very unnerving.

Location was great. (No breakfast offered.)

At some point in the near future the room will need a refresh. But that is my only quibble--the size, comfort, and amenities of the room greatly exceeded my expectations and, given the price, represent a tremendous value.

Smelled clean but a trash can had not been emptied in bathroom… beer cans in trash etc

What did I like? Our beautiful room with more amenities than expected: 2nd bath, 2nd single bdrm, mini washer and dryer, sweeping living room opening up to expansive patio balcony complete with full furniture outfit. Gracious bdrm with awesome poster bed and roomy master bath. We spent just as much time on the deck counting pelicans, watching fishing vessels, and looking out at an amazing nature tributary. Pool and deck out our front door was nice, convenient. Friendly kitty duo wandered as they wished. LOVED walking to a nearby Oyster restaurant w/ casual atmosphere, entertainment. Or walk the other way and try their seafood! enjoyed meandering the quaint working fishing town. And St George Island State Park. Happily, I didn't need our furnished kitchen, with so many choices around town.

Wish they had a mini breakfast buffet, or similar. NOT a deal breaker! :D
