All was perfect!

The apartment was really clean, modern and situated within a beautiful secure, family friendly complex. It had everything needed for a great self catering holiday including a refrigerator, freezer, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, safe, plenty of power sockets and a powerful shower. Large balcony with fantastic views of the pool and the sunrise over the volcanoes and right next to all the local bars, restaurants and beach. This apartment is perfectly located for everything you could possibly need. Inside the complex there is a large pool and sunbathing area as well as a pool bar and cafeteria. Attached to the outside of the complex is a supermarket, car hire shop, excursion company and a selection of restaurants. The host, David, was absolutely brilliant every step of the way from the moment I booked until the moment I checked out. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always on hand if needed for any issues or emergencies. It really felt like home from home staying here which is largely down to all the attention to detail paid by the owner.

There were literally no negatives for me. Everything was perfect!

Great location, near The beach and near all shops and restaurants David, our host, such a wonderful person, helped us with everything ( Information, car rental, cab number), very easy to comunicate with him. The apartament sparkling clean, great Outdoor space also. We had a great holiday here, so we highly recomand this apartament in Costa Teguise ( i honestly say this is The Best place to stay in Lanzarote).

There is Nothing not to like about Holiday rent Costa Teguise. Maybe, like a sugestion, an Ac system would be nice.

Everything was perfect

Nice cosy studio in a quiet apartment complex. Great location. Beaches and promenade just 2 min walk away. Everything you need just round the corner- supermarket, bars and restaurants, shops and public transport. David is a great host, very easy to get in touch. Definitely recommend!
