Everything about this experience was exceptional. The Victorian property was beautiful and well-maintained. The decor in the breakfast and sitting areas were themed to have an English atmosphere. Our room was themed for an early American jazz era. It was all painstakingly well done. The bed was SO comfortable. I slept as well as I do at home which is rare. There was no noise from inside or outside the house. Heidi warmly welcomed us and spent time when we arrived to answer any questions about our stay. We had breakfast three mornings. Each day she outdid herself with the presentation and quality of her English breakfasts. She accommodated our preference to not have meat. She offered a great balance of service and conversation then disappeared while my husband and I enjoyed her delightful breakfasts, then reappeared to refill our English tea and coffee at just the right interval. She offered so many suggestions on what to do and see. Heidi takes so much pride in and is very good at what she does. Our stay here was just perfect!

The room was amazing! Very comfortable and clean and loved the themed decor. Heidi was the best host as well, so personable and kind and caring, genuinely interested in how our stay was and what she could do to make our stay the best possible!

Absolutely nothing was wrong with this place

Since this is a Bed & Breakfast our host/owner, Heidi, greeted us and went over everything we should know about her house and made us feel right at home from the beginning. Loved the ambience and décor!! We stayed in the Jane Austen Room and it was beautifully decorated and the king bed was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and enjoyed two fantastic meals for breakfast. The food was delicious. Heidi clearly puts an emphasis on fresh ingredients, with a touch of Great Britain from the tea to the English breakfast that we had on Sunday. We had left an item behind and upon discovery, Heidi promptly txt me and she made arrangements to have it returned. We will definitely return!’

There are so many things to like about Princess Anne Book Lover's B&B! My room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, there were LOTS of little thoughtful touches like the makeup remover towelettes, extra towels, enough good lighting in my room for reading... Breakfast in the morning was just perfect. Yogurt parfait, fresh juice, tea and toast with just enough jam, yum! Heidi makes a wonderful pot of English tea! It feels like a gracious home, and I would have loved to stay longer.

I wouldn't make any changes. I really enjoyed my stay!--which was too short. There are so many delightful, unique touches that I saw in passing. There's a large veranda with relaxing seating, a library with more comfortable seating and good lighting for reading. It's exactly what the name says: Princess Anne Book Lover's B&B If you enjoy curling up with a good book and a pot of tea, you'll love the B&B!

Wonderful bread and breakfast. The English theme was matched by the friendliness of the owner, who is both an excellent cook and has a wonderful grasp of history. We will be back.,

Breakfast was great, pre-order or menu selection and printing/ posting a menu weekly along with letting customers know about the English themed getaway with romantic vibes. Heidi also arranged for flowers and imported chocolates to make this stay so very special to us!

Hard Water filter in shower bath tub is a possibility.

This BnB is charming, comfortable, and immaculate. The breakfast is lovely, a real British experience. The inn keeper has a real gift for hospitality.

There's nothing that disappointed.

A B&B in a quiet house on a quiet street, lovingly decorated and meticulously maintained, with a friendly landlady. All quite reminiscent of a typical English B&B.

Guests with limited mobility or requiring bulky carry-on luggage in their room may find access and rooms confining.

Heidi and Paul are wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and experience. We love the ambience, the attention to details, and the hospitality.
