Disgusting, dirty, old. Didn’t feel safe, people outside all hours of night. Bugs everywhere. Pubic hair in the shower. If there would have been another option, I was moving my daughter to college, I would have left.

My three nights stay was very nice and peaceful. The Direct TV provided many channel options at night. The parking was spacious. Overall, a good stay.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The air conditioner is noisy.

The property was okay, we only needed a place to stay over night after an event in Crisfield, Maryland. The room met those standards, it's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it wasn't the worst either.

I was in the area for two days and Americas Best Value Inn in Princess Anne was a good choice. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was nice and accessible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant.

The man who came to wait on us was rude. I didn't get his name. The hotel was semi clean but the air conditioner was making horrible noises, like it was breaking. The hair dryer was burned up. The stairs were falling apart (we were on the 2nd floor) and we couldn't get a hold of anyone for extra towels, there were only 2 in the room. The mirrors were dirty and the TV didn't work. If it weren't for the fact that we were so exhausted due to the drive etc. we would have left!!! Will not ever stay there again!

It was very quiet and very clean. Close to different food stores.

Room was VERY clean, manager was very nice and gave us the extra towels we requested immediately. Air conditioner worked in full force without a problem. The location is VERY convenient to everything we wanted to do. We didn't have a problem with noise at all and the hotel is right on Rte 13. We would stay again without hesitation.

Very basic hotel that we stayed in to be able to get to Chincoteague in the morning.

Served its purpose en route to OBX right on route 13 to break up the drive. Small motel style - staff was nice, room was basic and furniture was old and mismatched - no frills. Bed was comfortable and AC worked on a very hot night. Decent for the price but most likely will not return.

Smoking in a advertised non smoking, doors unsecure etc

We had an excellent stay and we shall return here whenever we are in the area . Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable !!! The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful with our arrangements . Thank You Hotels.com for Another great motel .

Looks run-down and a bit shabby, but inexpensive, perfectly adequate, seemed clean enough. Convenient location. Liked the restaurant next door. Wi-Fi and air conditioner worked fine. Skipped the breakfast, didnt seem to be much there. Quiet enough. Room had what I needed.
