This studio managed and owned by private person is located in Cap Esterelle Holiday Village. The location is amazing. The dishwasher was nice.

The advert mentions the name Pierre et Vacances so we naturally believed it was managed my them as we have once booked it like this on booking. On the day of arrival you find out that it is however managed by private host. At the last minute you are told that the towels and linen are not provided or provided next day at the charge. There is also an attempt to collect a cash deposit. The apartment is old, paint is chipping, equipment is rusty. The shelf in the bathroom is wobbly. There are no fresh cleaning products in the bathroom. The studio smells. There are two bunk beds- maybe good for kids. One very old sofa and another fold out that barely holds the weight of two adults. The apartment is not cleaned by the professional company on arrival. The whole time it feels that host doesn't even want you there. It is not even cheaper than a rental via Pierre et Vacances. I feel sorry that we made a mistake of booking it. And the days long hassle at the end to get an invoice....

The large balcony was very nice and the kitchen was very well supplied. The location of the apartment is wonderful, as well as the complex. You have everything you need in close range: shops, restaurants, pools, etc. You have access to all the pools in the complex as well as parking provided. The agency that is in charge of the apartment is very helpful.

Sheets and towels are not included in the price. Having to pay extra for sheets and towels is quite unusual. I would have preferred to pay more in the first place and have them included. Also, there is no wi-fi available, or AC. These services can be booked from the agency that is in charge of the apartment, but all at extra cost. I would have appreciated it if everything was more clear from the beginning. PS: Read the fine print. All in all, great value for money.
