L’emplacement : au calme avec une très belle vue, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre d’Ella; un très bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner.

Grote kamer, grote badkamer met zeer warm water 😍. Een enorm terras voor de kamer met tafel en stoelen en 2 relaxstoelen. Groot bed met een ruim muskietennet. Waterkoker met thee/koffie/suiker en kopjes. Flessen water stonden klaar om te gebruiken. Stopkontakten aan iedere kant van het bed en iedere kant een bedlampje die je vanuit het bed kan bedienen. Het ligt op loopafstand van het drukke centrum. Heerlijk rustig tussen allerlei vogels. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en enorme hoeveelheid voor 2 personen.

Dat we niet langer konden blijven. Ze hebben een aantal honden die geregeld blaffen wat niet altijd prettig is. Het weggetje ernaar toe is erg stijl.

La habitación es una pasada, con unas vistas extraordinarias, amplia, cómoda y limpia. Un cuarto de baño espacioso y una terraza privada delante. El desayuno de campeonato; variado, bien presentado y generoso. Lamos dueños son amabilísimos y desviven por atender el más mínimo detalle.

El agua caliente salía con muy poca presión, pero puede que fuera algo puntual.

Хорошие и добродушные хозяева. Очень внимательные к гостям. Дали отличный совет по ресторанам в городе и снабдили зонтиками на вечер.

1. Запах освежителя воздуха был очень едкий, что аж глаза слезились 2. Комната очень маленькая и без окна 3. Парковки возле дома нет, оставили там бампер в попытках припарковаться 4. Острожно, в этой местности много пиявок, остались укусы

The breakfast is the best I have had since coming to Sri Lanka. I'd stay here just for that. It a family home located in the rural outskirts of Ella. They are very friendly and hospitable (classic Sri Lanka). The mosquito net works and there is a fan in the room. The area in front of the room is so peaceful and a sun trap. We loved spending the morning, after breakfast, reading here and looking at the view.

I think due to the heavy rain while we were there and lack of sunlight. The room was fairly damp.

Beautiful homestay outside of Ella. Close enough to walk into town, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and the stunning view from the porch. Also: kind, discreet hosts treating us to afternoon tea when we were at the house enjoying the late afternoon lights.

a tad stuffy with carpet, old mosquito net and a fuzzy blanket. but still great value for the price!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The room is spacious and has an open storage space, a small table with kettle and tee/coffee bags and there is a big and comfy bed with warm blanket. Bathroom is very well made, there is a wide space to keep your bathroom belongings and more important very hot water with no supply problems. You also get a spacious private terrace with a sitting area and a beautiful view to hills and a monastery up there. The area itself is very quiet. You will truly enjoy it if you are tired of bustling streets. Breakfast is big and tasty! They even made us a big breakfast to go package at 5am when we went to Horton planes hike.
