excellent facilities and location for where we are working

the location is perfect, as we are working on the Leeming Bar Industrial estate the cottage and facilities were very good, so much so we have booked the cottage again for this current week

the only down side is we have to be careful on the Door Height as a couple of the guys are quite tall, however this is a small price to pay for such a lovely cottage

Lovely warm home. Cosy cottage. Gorgeous hot tub. Great location. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

If I had to twist about something it would be the showers not being very powerful. The electric sockets in the living room corner may need looking at, I got a little shock from the plug. The cooker doesn’t come with instructions. We Spent ages on Google trying to figure out how to work it. Wi-Fi code needs putting in the welcome pack- it’s scrubbed off the box.

Amazing stay. A hamper to welcome us, spotlessly clean, cosy fireplace, incredible hot tub, and perfectly placed to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous cottage. Like a home from home. Really comfy beds.

Some road noise, so light sleepers might need earplugs.

Fabulous find! Hot tub perfect after a day of walking.
