It was a very nice area

The only downfall was the wifi was not very good and there was barely any cellphone service. I am not from around there so it made it difficult for me to search stuff on my phone.

Poor cleaning. Coffee maker not cleaned. Old filter found in machine. Under bed frame netting falling off. In our sister’s bathroom toilet flusher handle coming off.

The beds were comfy. Good location.

We had a small frog in the bathroom, Cheerios and debris on carpet. We had kids outside our door screaming and running until almost 12:00. We woke up to a dog barking for over 45 min. Starting around 2:30 am. We heard the people come in then and a baby crying then a fight started. Didn’t sleep well at all.

The front desk staff was great and accommodating. The person in charge of the breakfast was considerate and patient with last minute guests.

The room we were in smelled smokey and was pretty dated. It was clean, but the rooms themselves probably need updating.

Like that it's right where I needed to be. Very quiet

They offered an awesome free breakfast. Was close to everything we needed. Pet friendly. We enjoyed taking pictures with bg blue chair

The breakfast was only from 6;30 am till 9:30 am. Some minor repairs are needed like paint and cleaning of carpets and tile needs to be fixed in bathroom.

Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Same lady was very helpful each am!

Saturday night . The people next to my room 302 was very talkative all night long. They were not overly loud but they were right next to my bed. I woke up a few times during the night. My first night was fine!

Some of the bedding in our room had some stains on them but besides that it was pretty good

The breakfast was very tasty and the variety was nice. Staff was polite and helpful.

We felt the cleanliness of the rooms was not very good. The bathtub was not cleaned well and the room needed wiped down. We also felt that more towels should have been provided. We had two bath towels, two hand towels and one wash cloth.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. All of the staff were friendly.

the room was dirty and smelly I assume it was a pet room because we have a dog but it smelled horrible and it was dirty the floor looked as tho it had not been cleaned

The internet did not work. The remote control for the tv didn’t work. The taps in the bathroom sink were defective.

wish they had a double bed suite with a jacuzzi. I go here with my kids & the 1 bed is hard for 3 people

It was OK at the beginning

The fire alarm was going off nonstop and then after the fire alarm the fire department came and then there was water all over so you heard the scraping and vacuuming for nonstop hours because we were on 128 that was on the main floor right next to everything that was happening and instead I even get a minute us a discount or something because of all that my kid actually had to go on the side door not even the front and below zero weather because they couldn’t even get in the front door because that’s where the all the water was
