I was not made aware the place was under construction. Chaos. My room smelled like human body odor and bad perfume and was not clean. I was afraid to lay on the bed. My toilet was not secured to the floor. Toe nail clippings on the carpet. I should have demanded a refund but I was pressed for time. I will not stay again.

There was no where stated that the hotel was under renovations

doors didn’t close correctly, had a suite where the bedroom had a door to separate from living room and due to layers of new paint the bedroom not bathroom door closed correctly. Had a bug in the room was pretty sure it was a roach. Killed that and didn’t see anymore.

The breakfast was sorely lacking. It basically was just biscuits and gravy.

The smell in the whole hotel is terrible, due to painting, tiling and general renovations. Stairs are not finished. Room needs fine tuning.

Breakfast only had biscuits and gravy that was hot. No eggs or meat. Was not told through booking that the building was under renovation. Room was not as clean as I would like. Shower fixtures were loose. Some electrical outlets did not work. Glad I was only staying one night.

The staff was friendly

Construction kept me and kids awake over priced couldn't get a room with hot tub couldn't use gym vending machine was broken wouldn't recommend

Rooms need to be better service and clean... Our room was really dirty when we got there... Still had old bottles of juice and things that were left there... Then on Saturday and Sunday morning construction happening upstairs that was rude... Room had one towel and it smelled like cigarettes like if someone was chain smoking in there... The lady that was working around 6 till midnight was great helped a lot but beside that would not stay here again... Maybe if it was free but I would not pay to stay... Sorry but it's the honest truth... Had my babies with me...
