Customer service

It was extremely clean, well lit, professional and check-in was quick. The beds were exceptional and comfy. Very minimalistic style room with a small desk, no-waste approach. The television was in Ultra 4D, 4K High Definition. The location is right next to every store and restaurant imaginable. It is within walking distance, so if you are staying more than one night, there is no need to drive.

There could have been more options when it came to breakfast.

Das Personal bei Einquecken war sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Außerdem habe ich der Unterkunft zwei Tage vorher eine Mail geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten.

Location was perfect and breakfast wasn’t too bad.

You could tell the top to the hot water carafe was interchanged with the one from the coffee carafe, as it made my hot tea taste like coffee.

The location was amazing. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Front counter help was good.

Hotel was over priced. The room was extremely small. No where to store clothes or luggage. Pillows were not of Hilton standards. Overall it did not feel like a Hilton. No over hang to protect from weather. Only one elevator in service the entire weekend.

A very modern decor with a clean feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the St. John’s Mall and lots of restaurants.

Breakfast was good, but like limited choices. There were no muffins and non-sugar cereals were lacking.
