The front desk staff Christie was so helpful and nice. She deserves a raise for how organized she is and how she runs the place. She explained the soap situation(not my favorite) and she even alerted me when my lights were on my car(I was tired from driving and work).

Its not the nicest motel. But the front desk staff Christie made it very welcoming. The place is nestled in an nice office park but still quite run down and had a few questionable people hanging around but I didn't have any issues with any of them so it could just be me?

the bed was comfy

the floor was ruined from what seemed like a flood. blck mold and pubsin bath rub. rust in tub. mold at threshold. the flooring was bulbbled up and seperated needs a new floor. door wouldnt open had to push it in with my sholder and lift. security cameras were agood thing location was good hotel juat needs some major tlc

Very comfortable King Bed. Nice elevator to take me to third floor. Gent at check in was pleasant, helpful and respectful. Room was very, very clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. Hotel was quiet. Pillows were perfect. Price $65 was great. Towels and wash cloths were nice and fluffy. Lots of hot water!!

The cleaner used to mop the floor was too strong and overwhelming!! It made my eyes and nose burn. Please rinse and dilute it with water. No iron was in room to iron my clothes for work. The TV picture was extremely grainy with a very poor picture. The Hotpoint AC was very loud but when I turned the fan on low, there was no problem and the AC did work great. There were several hairs in the nooks and crannies of the dim bathroom although the tub was clearly clean. I think the dim light in the bathroom made it difficult to see all the hairs so they should put an extremely bright light in there when cleaning and then remove it for guests.

The only thing I liked was that we had handicapped parking in front of the room.

Being that this was considered a handicap room, the bed was so high, my husband had to pull a chair up along side the bed to use as a latter to get into it. THAT IS NOT HANDICAP!!!!! Also it looked like people were living there on a long term basis.

Pedimos 2 habitaciones, 1 estaba genial pero la otra todo lo contrario.

La habitación de 2 camas grande estaba en malas condiciones todo. Tenía polvo, el piso roto, arañas, microondas oxidado... Sin embargo, la habitación de 1 cama grande estaba en buenas condiciones y en excelente relación calidad - precio. Lo recomiendo para parejas solamente según mi experiencia.

Management is not friendly and very unprofessional the housekeeping staff stopped coming to our room because we asked for clean sheets. Our room key never works and its easy to access the room because of the big gap in between the door all you have to do is swipe a card in between you are not safe anyone can break in horrible experience

The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the soap dispenser was a bonus and the air conditioner seemed to be working properly.

The floor of the room was a bit dirty because the soles of my feet were dirty when I got into bed.
