The room was nice but TINY. The location was superb!
I thought for the price, there would be more there- my bad for not studying what amenities were offered. It was raining so we couldn't enjoy the courtyard- not the property's fault, obviously :)

Location
Feet popped out the bed by about 12 inches. No water to make coffee. We called days before the stay letting them know we would be there by noon and when we got there at 1 o’clock and told us we had to wait another hour. Toilet and bathroom was so small that you had to sit on it sideways. Zero parking and not even a place to drop off your stuff. Staff was horrible.

The location was good. But our room had an air conditioning unit that didn't work. With the sun coming into the windows in the afternoon we couldn't open the windows to cool the room. If we did it was letting a lot of hot air in. It had a standing fan to move, but without air conditioning it wasn't worth what they charged for the room. Won't be coming back.

The breakfast was very nice: yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs,coffee and etc. The host/ concierge, Mark, was exemplary.
My room was tiny and very clean.
Wonderful location!
No Netflix, Hulu or Disney plus but I’m not sure any hotel offers that.Bed was much too soft for me as I prefer a firm mattress.

The staff was friendly. The property was clean and quiet. Perfect location for bars and restaurants. Especially I loved being close to the ocean.

The two receptionists could not have been more accommodating during our stay. From the ease of helping us park or fulfilling a couple special requests. Continental breakfast was also good. See you again next year.

Nothing, they handled my request very poorly and management never called as they stated. I had to message at least 3times to get a call from management. I kept receiving you will get a call tomorrow. terrible customer service!!!!!

Everything. Proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, arcade, and more. We love the reserved parking. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, never have we left unhappy with their services
