CAPITOLA CONDO con vista Knockout! Venite a gustare la nostra due camere da letto, un bagno di condominio. La sua a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e Capitola Wharf. Potrete rilassarvi sulla terrazza e ammirare le viste spettacolari guardando oltre Capitola Village, il Capitola Wharf, e il Monterey Bay. Godetevi il 36 'TV a schermo piatto con Direct TV in salotto o in una delle camere da letto o guardare un film sul lettore DVD. L'unità ha un proprio impilati lavatrice / asciugatrice, e di un nuovo bagno con cabina doccia. Completamente attrezzato con
WiFi, biancheria, stoviglie, pentole, utensili, e un barbecue a gas sul ponte. Sedie a sdraio e boogie boards sono disponibili per l'uso. La seconda camera ha un futon che si ripiega in un letto, così l'unità può ospitare fino a 5 persone.

We loved our stay and we'll definitely visit again in future. Stylish, clean, organized condo with all the creature comforts. Incredible views, walk to beach, downtown Capitola village. Never got in our car! Thank you to Tim & Stacy, they were very communicative and helpful.

What a great getaway, it was too short (just two nights), but that was our schedule so not a dig on the property at all. We could have stayed much longer. All four of us were just in awe as soon as we walked in. Beautiful place with amazing views.

We loved the place! Such a great size for our family of 4. Plenty of room with the perfect view! Very well kept and fits the coastal vibe nicely. With a just a few steps we were on the beach and a few more had us in the village. But most importantly having a dedicated parking spot! We miss our favorite beach town ever since we moved up north but I'm stoked that we now have an awesome place to stay!

My daughters and I spent a short week at this property for spring break. The property was clean and just as described. The views from the living area and kitchen are fantastic. It is a perfect space for a family of 3 or 4. Located just a quick walk to the beach, food, and shopping was a plus. We would absolutely stay here again.

We came for a 2 nights girls getaway. We had the best time. We took the free shuttle to Shadowbrook and enjoyed the best dinner. We loved walking to the beach and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Will come back again!

A great spot for some quality time with the kids.
Tim's place was clean and modern, with easy entry and comfort for us even with a big storm coming in!

This condo is in an amazing location. Short walk to the Capitola shops and essentially on the beach. Very clean and looks brand new inside. It was perfect for my family of 4.

Our family had such a fun time staying here! Everything we wanted to do (play on the beach, shop, and eat at restaurants) were all within minutes of walking. The ocean view from the living and dining room were a highlight. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while watching the sunrise in the morning and hanging out with hot cocoa in hand. What a treat it was to stay here! The kids just loved this place so much! We really hope to come back soon!

Wonderful sister trip. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Walkable to everything we needed after one close grocery run. Recently updated kitchen and bath/well stocked with cookware etc. Owner was quick to respond to troubleshoot technology issue. This was our second time staying at this property and we look forward to another stay in the future.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now. I love the view of the water and being able to hear the ocean. Very close to the beach! Tim and Stacy are also very responsive when needed.

We absolutely enjoy our stay at this condo we had a little trouble with tje codes and how they worked but Tim was quick to respond. You can't beat the view it was spectacular. The condo itself was immaculate. Only issue we had was the water did not get hot in kitchen and woman upstairs kept telling us to move our car over more parking is tight but we had such a great time there and hopefully we can stay again.

This property is beautiful, clean, and meticulous, and the location couldn’t be any better - literally steps from the wharf, beach, and Capitola Village, and a short walk to 41st Avenue and Pleasure Point. Thank you Stacey and Tim!

This is our favorite place to stay in the Santa Cruz-Monterey Bay Area. Everything you could possibly need is w/in walking distance. We’ve already booked it for the spring.

We traveled to spend time with family. This location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants and steps to the wharf. The condo was beautiful and the view cannot be beat. The owners were quick to respond. We hope to stay again soon!

We stayed here for an extended family weekend. Though our adult children had to work part of the weekend, they were each able to rotate in for a couple of days. The ambience, the view, the access to the beach were all ideal. And when we had a little snafu (not related to this property) the owner was immediately responsive and brokered a perfect solution. We are definitely coming back!

We’ve stayed at this wonderful condo several times and decided to share it with two long time friends to celebrate an end of an era birthday. The condo was as immaculate as in past stays, the weather was great, and the food at all of the restaurants was excellent. The great thing about the condo is that you never need to use your car because most everything you might need is a short walk away. This is our favorite Capitola getaway!

We have created so many family memories here! The place is more than perfect! It has a great ocean view, quick walk to shops and restaurants, is clean, and is well stocked with everything you need for the rental and the beach. We also love how it is located on the quieter, less crowded side of the wharf, but is still super close to town. Love this place!
