The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was also very big and clean. The view was amazing in the morning and the place is nearby a market where we went and explored early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly :)

The air conditioner for the single beds room was not cold and the air conditioner for the queen size bed was cold at first but sometimes it would not be cold. I hope the hotel would eventually fix the airconditioner as we would definitely visit Kudat again for our next trip. Other than that, everything was great!

The property is situated in the heart of the town. You can walk to the market and food stalls.

Does not have lif and need to walk to the second floor

Good location. With a supermarket, market, fish market & many food shops nearby. Would stay here again.

The aircon is not cold enough. Might need some checking. The shower head hook was not the correct hook and it's loose.

An older hotel but it has its charm. Clean spacious rooms with a view of the water.
