The restaurant, and the food

The fact that this is not an actual hotel, but more like an apartment complex with many buildings, like a small neighborhood, where you get a room in another building away from the restaurant and spa. You have to change in your room and go in a spa robe trough the complex, because there is no private dressing room to change your clothes, you need to get naked in front of everybody else in a collective place only with lockers to put your things.The spa itself is very small for the number of rooms that they have!!! The fact that there is no designated place to leave your slippers before entering the pool, and actually my slippers got stolen, and when i asked the staff for help, they sent me to the reception, that laughed in my face, and refused to check the security cameras, and when i asked them if they think that in a high end place like they marked their establishment, they think is ok to not try to solve problems like this, they did not even gave me some slippers to walk to my room… The fact that even tough we went at the reception, waited for the room check, we paid what we had from the minibar, a few hrs later, they call us multiple times that there is an additional bottle of water that we need to pay and insisted to pay it in that day, even tough i told them i will pay tomorrow because I am driving… Last but not least the fact that they try to hide reviews.

Clean, very nice location, spaceous rooms.

Not so nice personnel, the pool is in a separate building from the accomodation, we used the robes from our room at the pool so they were damp therefore we kindly asked at the reception to receive clean dry ones and it was told to us that we have to stay with these ones till the next day when the cleaning lady comes to our room and this isn’t such a big problem but when you pay 100E / night of accomodation you have some expectations.

It was great, the price was low for what we found there. Great location, great staff, big and beautiful apartment.

I didnt like the gym, was very small and they didnt have any dumbell, only cardio machines. Also the pillows were not great.

Beautiful location, it creates a sense of intimacy. The proximity to both the city of Brașov and Poiana Brașov is a plus. Other than that , there is the incredible breakfast, the caviar, the proseco , the hamon, the cheescake, the pancakes, the romanian style bacon, and many more .The size of the rooms is also very good, the balcony is also very large. The heated pools , indoor and outdoor, which is the infinity type with an incredible mountain view, are very nice, and you have direct access to the saunas. The restaurant menu is very good.

The hole bear situation, it's not just for them, but for the entire region. Nobody gives any advice other than: "Beware, there are bears in the area." So if I am aware, the bear will stay away? Can you go for a stroll with the family in the nearby forest? But, again, it's not specific to these guys, it's the entire area.

- the great landscape - the infinity pool with a beautiful view - the breakfast - the restaurant for lunch and dinner

- the rooms are old, deteriorated, an investment would be needed - no complimentary water - it would be nice to find at least a bottle of water in the room - the fact that you need to walk outside from the building where you stay to the spa centre

Bad services/facilities for the money paid. The studio was very disappointing as light( artificial and natural), old and uncomfortable furniture. I have booked at Resort and Spa so not in a private apartment, and pool access was included, but I was still asked to pay the pool access. the bad thing was that Saturday Night at the restaurant the band who was singing was asked to sing “ Manele” and this was allowed. So after ordering your food you were forced to dine and listen “ Manele” ( bad content/not a quality gender music). I do not recommend, Im not returning

great spa facilities- infinity pool amazing, staff kind and courteous in spa- other areas staff not so courteous.

restaurant food not great for price. also order incorrect despite two waiting staff confining order with us. didn’t receive water or starter. Reception staff had little to no English on reception- normally is not an issue and you can make do with google translate etc, but unlike all other staff met in other locations on our Romanian travels they didn’t show us a good welcome or weren’t very friendly.
