It fits up to 5 people inside

The location is just beside the construction site where you can see those labour houses right infront of you. We feel insecure at times because we were all women staying in that room. And it smells fishy as well since it was also infront of jetty where people transport all the fishes from the sea. Parking is not provided and have to park anywhere available.

Air conditioning was good for Semporna which is pretty hot.

Room wasn't clean when we checked in. Found some human hair on the floor and on the bedsheet. We expected a working jacuzzi but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was also dirty, they didn't bother to clean up/double check the rooms before their guests arrived. Some lights and switches were broken. There were leaks just above the shower room's front door. The mini-bar also wasn't cleared of (there were old tomatoes for some reason in there). Really bad value for your money, we paid good money for a good hotel room but in return we received something cheaper than a motel. No hot shower. Other guests shouldn't have to pay more if they can't even provide a hot shower. The photos you see can be quite deceiving.

The aircon was working (but the control screen was damaged so you couldn't see the temp) It was close where I Needed to be early next day for boat to mabul (but it was next to a building site and a fisherman's landing.)

The bathroom, whilst cleaned, had build up of black mould on sealant and was actually missing grouting to the floor tiles therefor the floor was spongy and saturated, adding to the damp issues. The curtains in the room, as pointed out by my mum, we're the wrong was around so the guest inside got the dirty marked lining side of the curtain and outside the proper side, this added to "uncleanness" really it was clean just tired and in needs of a fixed bathroom. The room was quite small but perfectly served a purpose for 1 person 1 night. 2 people might be crowded The visa wasn't great, but did get a nice sunrise.

Located near Semporna town. Easy to access the town.
