What an amazing property this is! My friends and myself were blown away by how much better the villa is in real life, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The owner was very helpful with everything and prompt on replies. Would 100% book again!

We were in 14 people, my family, and had a great time in Quarteira! Algarve is such a beautiful place and the house was perfect!

Absolutely stunning villa. Spacious, well appointed accommodation, scrupulously clean with great facilities. The size of the villa along with the huge outside space makes this a great choice for larger families. The owner is extremely helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

You could not ask for more really. Villa was great. A little disappointed with the downstairs - the bar area was not working (fridges) and the speaker system around the villa didn't work which would have added to the experience. BBQ could be bigger as there were 20 of us to feed but it was great.

The Villa is excellent, massive bedrooms plenty of space in doors and out. Gustavo and his team are brilliant any problems are sorted quickly. Would be nice to have the option of heated pool, better pool table in the games room, apart from that we will be booking for next year *******

I booked this villa as a surprise holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! There were 14 adults and 8 children in our group with ages ranging from 4months to 80yrs the villa was large enough to have your own space if you needed it but also allowed us to make some amazing memories with the large seating areas! The villa was very clean and decorated to a very high standard, everybody in our group was impressed. The outside space was ideal for the children! This was my first time booking a villa holiday and I had my doubts, but the whole process was smooth and I was always able to get in touch with the owner who was always happy to offer advice and accommodate our needs. I feel this villa is more impressive when you see it than in the photos and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anybody! Amazing holiday, fabulous villa!

Our stay at this property was excellent. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 10 children. The children loved the outside space and the pool. The villa is perfectly located for the resort of Vilamoura. It is about a 20 minute walk or a short drive to the marina. The supermarkets are walkable, about 5 minutes. The owner was inobtrusive and made are stay very relaxed. He accommodated all are needs, including dropping our cases off early on arrival and leaving them in the villa until our transfer collection on departure. The villa is very modern and looks to have been recently refurbished. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and stylish. The glass partitions in the bathrooms might not to be everybody's taste, particularly if you like privacy when nature calls. The kitchen and open plan living area was stunning. Loved our stay in the villa and love the Vilamoura area. We didn't play any golf, but it would be ideal lace for a golf party. My only recommendation would be for there to be an information pack that guests could read on arrival. Information on rubbish sites, TV instructions, cooker/coffee machine instructions and local amenities would just make the stay for guests even more chilled. This is a very spacious villa, suitable for large groups. The design and decor is very modern. It is in a super location for beaches, Vilamoura , Loule. The area is quiet and peaceful.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Gustavos Villa's and we cannot fault it. The villa was equipped with everything that you need. 10 min walk from supermarkets, 5 min cab ride from Marina and on top of the golf! Would highly recommend the villa to any family's, friends and big groups it has everything you need an more. Brilliant family holiday, we will defiantly be returning.

Our family of 14 (ages from 8 months to 87 years) arrived at the villa on Saturday 19th August, 2017 for our 2 week holiday and were blown away. The villa was spacious and with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. The 1st floor had recently been refurbished so felt modern and clean. The air conditioning was great and there was plenty of wardrobe space in each room. The showers were powerful and there was always enough hot water considering the amount of people washing at the same time. The swimming pool and garden areas were perfect, loads of space for the kids to run around and the volleyball court provided us with hours of fun!! The men played lots of golf throughout the holiday, there are so many good courses to choose from in the area. We walked into Vilamoura Marina most evenings which took about 15-20 minutes, there are plenty of bars and great restaurants to choose from once there. We ate at Mayflower Restaurant a couple of times (on the marina) during our stay and the food was to a very high standard. Staying in a large villa with loads of people to feed you should expect to be at the supermarket a fair few times but there are so many supermarkets to choose from it wasn't a problem. We preferred to go to Lidl it is literally a 5 minute car journey, they had everything from fresh bread, rolls, cakes, fish, steak, to achohol or BBQ essentials. The weekly flee market is literally a 2 minute walk from here too which we visited once during our stay and picked up some bargains. The owner, Gustavo, welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around the villa. We were allowed to leave our cases, etc while the villa was being cleaned as officially check in time wasn't until 4pm so it saved us lugging everything around for hours. Gustavo was brilliant throughout our stay, any problems we had (there wasn't many) they were dealt with immediately with no problem at all, just what you want when you are on holiday! Overall, if you are thinking of booking this property, just do it, you will not be disappointed. The villa is truly perfect for large families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday but at the same time in a great location with everything at your fingertips. I would 100% recommended this property to family and friends.

There were 10 adults in our party and we had an early start from the UK and had booked Yellowfish Transfers to the villa which Gustavo had kindly said on arrival we could leave our clubs & cases inside. We met him at this point to pay the balance, pay for the wi-fi which was a must for us & also the air conditioning which was brilliant and very quiet. The arrangement for the door key was an excellent idea & enabled us to go off independently. We returned just before 4:00 pm & decided on our bedrooms, recently up graded & fabulous. The kitchen was very well equipped & we had BBQ & other meals around the table outside. The whole villa was spotlessly clean as were the gardens & pool. We were lucky with the weather not a cloud all week and we spent most of the time chilling around the pool though the guys played golf 3 times. My husband had always liked the Vale do Lobo Ocean Course but said the Pinhal opposite was nicer! I couldn't get the dishwasher to work on the Sunday & text Gustavo who immediately came & fixed it (a bit embarrassing as a plate was stopping it i.e. Incorrectly put in). We visited the aqua park which was fun but busy due to the weather. We ate out 4 times, once at Maria's which was a return visit food was excellent along with the location - be aware booked on line for 10 on the beach deck & by luck rang them on the morning of our visit & it wasn't booked in! Two meals were eaten down in the marina at vilamoura, first time in ages I've had steak but wanted the surf and turf & it was amazing! No hesitation in recommending this spacious villa to anyone it's a good size plot and the road is a dead end so very peaceful Barr the odd plane flying over. We didn't bother with a car used taxis probably the only negative part of holiday as we would say for 10 & 1 would arrive quickly but 3 or 4 times the second one never turned up. Cannot fault the villa & would love to come back - I do think an addition of a welcome basket i.e. Bread, butter, coffee, milk tea etc would be very gratefully appreciated especially for late arrivals. Supermarkets don't close early but you do need absolutely everything salt, pepper etc

The newly refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor met with everyone's approval. Rooms are all spacious and have comfortable beds. The ground floor is due to be refurbished the year but still provides two good en-suite bedrooms and a separate family bathroom which can be used by those sleeping in the basement. We were a party of 18 and the teenage/young adults in our group really enjoyed the basement facilities (pool table and gym). The garden has a good sized pool and plenty of sun beds, some with umbrellas; it also has a new covered area which provides shade in the daytime and creates a great dining area. Lounge and upstairs beds all have flat screen TVs which proved a plus for us when one of our younger children fell ill. We hope to return in a couple of years and look forward to the next stage of refurbishments which will see the kitchen and lounge moved to back of villa. We had one car which proved invaluable for supermarket runs (be aware supermarket, left out of villa and left at junction, keep going straight then straight across roundabout) gets extremely busy, be prepared to be there a couple of hours. Bins - turn right out of villa, situated at end of road, use car as quite a long stroll if you have a lot to carry. Private medical centre located near restaurant recommended for late departures, details on wall near front door. Sorry can't remember name of either. We didn't meet Gustavo but found his brother, Igor, really friendly and helpful. Would be nice for the information book to contain details of supermarkets, Drs etc. Taxi firm on wall near door reliable, probably not cheapest but friendly, helpful drivers and can arrange pick-ups, which is great as getting taxis not always easy in evening. Refurbishment will see a new larger BBQ which will be great as we struggled with size of current one when cooking for 18. If you're a large group villa is a great pick, lots of space and great facilities. Dawn - Hertfordshire

Wow, what a Villa!! I brought my fiancé and her family to Vilamoura, to celebrate her 30th and I really couldn't of picked a better place. This villa has everything!!! The pool area was spot on for sunbathing, we had a BBQ every night watching the sun set, pool table, gym, beach volley ball court, the list goes on. The work that has been done upstairs is incredible, the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. 13 of us went and we never felt like we were on top of one another, there was easily enough room for 6+ more people. We will definitely be coming back in the future to see the Villa once fully refurbished. Mr Gustavo was very helpful and very friendly.

Gustavo warmly greeted us upon arrival, which was too early to enter, but let us wander about the house to have a look first! Upstairs has all been refurbished, and the rooms are absolutely fantastic!! Could not fault the villa at all, plenty of space for big groups! There were 12 of us, and there were plenty of bedrooms spare! The pool and outside area are spectacular, kids had an absolute ball!! Really cannot praise the place enough! Would definitely love to go back, we had the best time with friends :) Thank you Gustavo! Xx

The villa was absolutely stunning beautiful garden and swimming pool plenty of space for 9 adults. To be honest you don't really need to leave the villa because there's lots to do you can spend time sunbathing by the pool, playing volleyball or enjoying the gym. There's lots for kids to do like the cinema room or pool table. We enjoyed barbecues at night. Gustavo was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa and my grandchildren would love to go next year.

What a brilliant villa to stay with a large group.We were a group of 6 couples and a single.The villa was perfect for us with loads of room for lazing around the pool.We hired 1 car just to do the supermarket run(around 1km away) for the daily supplies and take the rubbish to the bins(250 metres away) and other than that we used taxis if we wanted to go out.The kitchen was big enough and the barbecue was great to have as we cooked mostly outside in the evening.Gustavo was great and was always there to help even if it was late in the evening.There was 5 ensuite bedrooms and 2 non ensuite with a shared bathroom which was fine for us.The pool was perfect temperature as the days were around 28 degrees which meant cooling down in the pool was required every now and then.All of our group had a great time and we are looking forward to returning next year for a repeat.Thanks again Gustavo for looking after us and see you again soon. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It is by far the best we have stayed in. There were 17 of us (4 families) and it was easily big enough to accommodate us all. Its big enough to sneak off for a bit of quiet time too We met Gustavo on arrival and he is excellent and a great guy The villa was built by his father and the family grew up in it so it is very close to their hearts and it showed. There is so much to do with the pool table, gym and the pool with vast garden which the younger ones played hide and seek in (its that big) . The villa was immaculate when we arrived and the pool was looked after throughout . I cant thank Gustavo and his family enough for letting us stay there

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The villa was stunning both inside and out. The facilities were of a very high standard and the villa catered for all of our needs. We had a perfect holiday made special by the incredible property and willingness to ensure we had everything we needed by the owner. We would highly recommend the property to large groups, including families.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at the villa and would not hesitate to go back. Everything was not as described - it was better! We were a family group of 18 and did not feel cramped at the villa at all. The garden, with beach volley ball court, swimming pool and grass areas gave us plenty of room for a few team games and we thoroughly enjoyed ourself at the villa. We would go back in a heart beat but would say a car is pretty essential. Taxi's are cheap enough but not always easy to get close to the villa. A brilliant holiday at a fantastic property.

This was our second year to book the villa for our lady's week away , the villa is spotless and the grounds are immaculate, anything you need is supplied. We were very impressed with the new addition of the new large smart tv in the living room , we are already planning a return trip next year

It was a joy to stay in this villa. The family are most welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Even the day we locked ourselves out! We have 9 adults and 8 children and there was room for everyone and lots of personal quiet space too! The villa is fantastic with everything you need. We're definitely going back!

We were a party of 15, ages raging from 60 years old to 14 weeks old. We had 3 Families and Grandparents. The Villa was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and well maintained, as was the very large garden, which was ideal, the volley ball court doubled up as a beach for the children and the pool was cleaned several times during our stay early in the morning . The area is very quiet area and it's a 10 - 15 minutes walk to a choice of two large supermarkets. We like walking and it was a pleasant 20 - 25 minutes walk to Quarteria and another 10 minutes to Villamora . Gustavo was very helpful when booking Villa, and during stay we could not find a hairdryer, I text Gustavo to ask where the hairdryer would be and within 30 minutes he dropped 2 off . Gustavo's brother recommended a Taxi company which we used several times and they were always on time and were very reasonable priced. This Villa is family run and you can tell by the attention to detail they have thought of everything. I would recommend this Villa to both friends and relatives and will defiantly be returning.

They were 5 families of us stayed here 19 in total. 10 adults 9 children under 6 years old. It was a lovely villa very clean spacious. Pool and garden was lovely the kids used volleyball court as sand pit so garden was fabulous. Would recommend. Gustavo got us some shopping and took us to the shop to get some food for our first night stay. We didn't hire a car but could maybe do with one for supermarket trips or going to the beach. We used taxis for trip to Aquashow which.is 5 minutes in car. 30-40 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina.

The villa lived up to all of our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need to have a fabulous holiday. The garden and pool area were fantastic and to be honest the children could have stayed and played there all day! A couple of considerations for anyone looking to stay here. The pool area as I have mentioned is fantastic, however two of our party struggled to get into the pool due to mobility issues as there was no handrail. This is purely for information though as we did manage to find a solution to this problem. The second consideration is for those who may be travelling with small children ie 12 months and under. The floors in the villa are beautiful but every floor is tiled and this meant we could not let the baby crawl on the floor. Again this is purely personal to us but something to consider. Having said that neither of the above would stop us staying at this villa again, it really was beautiful. We all have had the most relaxing holiday here!

This Villa is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The owner Gustavo could not have been more helpful. I will certainly return to this property when I visit Vilamoura again. I will recommend this Villa to friends and family.

WOW what can I not say about our stay at v7 it was lovely home from home everything to hand Gustavo our landlord was availabile for any queries and could not help enough so clean and well maintained could not fault anything super for large groups lots of space the pool and garden was great for the kids ,so looking forward to next year already I found my new fev place x

just returned from a lovely week in your beautiful villa .there were 10 of us including 3 young children and everything was great . we all loved villa and pool couldn't fault any of it loads of room everything spotlessly clean and comfortable. it was a pleasant walk to beach and vilamoura we will be back again soon linda hall and family

This awesome villa was exactly as described; was clean and well maintained and we were warmly greeted on arrival by Gustavo. It offers spacious, luxurious accommodation with all amenities as described. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 very young children where the accommodation afforded excellent separate space but brilliant group space when we were all together. The pool, volleyball court and garden are marvellous but we would have valued some comfy outdoor seating near to the bbq/dining room but used the plastic tables and chairs to good effect. Huge thanks for including the baby gate and cots and we valued the pre-ordered welcome pack as we'd had a 4am start and with 3 very young children didn't shop properly until the next day. One suggestion is to compile and have available in the villa an information folder to include details about what is in the villa and how to use things, local information including taxis, shops, restaurants and map/s, etc. Our proposed 25 minute walk to Vilamoura ended up in/around Quarteria and took far longer than anyone expected with kiddies in buggies. Everybody in the family group was happy and comfortable and I know that speaking on behalf of everyone, we are very probably going to re-book in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending Gustavo and his villa to anybody looking for larger group holiday accommodation. 5* and massive thanks. RECOMMENDED!! The villa is AWESOME :-)

The villa was spacious,clean & comfortable.Plus lovely garden with large pool & beach volley ball court.All en-suite facilities were well equipped with baths & powerfull showers. Highly recommended for large families or groups. Our party is looking to re-book for next year.

My group of ten plus one toddler spent a fabulous week at this Villa. A very well maintained building with immaculately-kept grounds and swimming pool made a very good impression on us. Our 'landlord', Gustavo, was available for any queries or assistance that we needed, at all times. All of us would recommend this lovely property for a enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Many nice restaurants are nearby. as are supermarkets, other shops and visitor attractions. The description in the listing is accurate.
