Owner was ok, however the administrator is quite non supportive and defensive.

When we arrived, room was on cleaning process, as we entered to the room we felt Very strong unpleasant smell, immediately we complained, lady who administe the rooms came and said there are nothing, however owner Riz arrived later he acknowledge and applied air fresheners. Bed linen are like ordinary sheet with different colored once in each bed then usual white linens. Pillows are not comfortable and bad smell. it was like very poor arrangement considering the amount we paid. Room was not properly cleaned, hair and other things are visible and they changed the pillow cover yet it looks same. Overall it was very bad stay. We wished that we would move however we don’t have any other options to move as went with the family. Response to Owner feedback: We arrived at 1pm and requested to early check in, however you mentioned that room is in cleaning process, hence we waited an ultimately checked in around 2pm and not early as you claim. As mentioned on my previous feedback, when we entered to the room smell was so strong and we complained then and there, probably you realised the horrible smell and dirts upon we checked out as you cannot informed us upon checked in (we handover the room as it is, your admin person was there and acknowledged all in order) When your in business of hospitality, you must fulfilled all your guest requests and I don't see any extra ordinary effects that you have done. your bed sheets, pillows and duvet covers are not up-to standard at all and multiple colours. However, We like to thank Riz for the transportation to Supermarket on the day we arrived.

The owner was fantastic and polite, ready to help all day, so I 100 % recommend to order this comfortable accommodation with ski depot

Spectacular view from the bed. Great location close to the lifts (minute walk) and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and place was very clean.

A bit of noise outside the door occasionally.
