Excellent hotel, le meilleur que j'ai pu résidé à ce jour. Je viens pour la deuxième fois après 2 ans et cet hôtel est toujours aussi bien tenu. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuné dans le restaurant. Encore bravo pour cet établisement!

Très peu de choses, mais si c'est pour aider... Nous avons juste noté que la largeur de la couette était un peu juste par rapport à un lit King size. Et toujours aussi surpris par la présence du magasin farce et attrape à l'angle exterieur de l'hotel, pourquoi ne pas avoir un shop d'hotel ou quelque chose plus adequat pour ce très bel etablissement...

Côté hôtellerie, tout correspondait à nos attentes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. La vue sur le Rhône est superbe.

Côté restauration, l'hôtel est très mal organisé et il est urgent que la direction de l'hôtel réagisse. Petit déjeuner facturé 30€ mais étant loin en dessous des standards des hôtels de luxe. Buffet limité et il faut attendre d'être servi en boissons chaudes. Côté restaurant, personnel insuffisant et excepté le maître d'hôtel, le reste du personnel est mal formé.

Booking.com IT...hackers attempted to swindle both my sister and I on our reservations and get us to "resubmit" our credit card for verification...won't use booking.com again.

De locatie is zonder meer prachtig op wandelafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het comfort, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel ook van de SPA zijn werkelijk onovertrefbaar.

Het ontbijt heeft een zeer ruime keuze, wel moet je alles vragen en alles verloopt niet even vlot, Het hotel heeft ook niet de minste info over de bezienswaardigheden van de stad,

Goede locatie, middenin het moderne centrum. Heel fijn hotel, comfortabel. Het Italiaanse restaurant is ook van goede kwaliteit, service is hoog en personeel is heel vriendelijk. We hebben niet gebruik gemaakt van de spa, moest je voor reserveren en dan is er wel een drempel. Auto laten parkeren door het personeel verliep heel soepel.

De spa moet je reserveren en is beperkt toegankelijk. Ook is de prijs van het ontbijt wel erg hoog. De douchevloer wordt snel overal nat vanwege de positie van de douche.

Location excellent very close to all the main parts of the city all within walking distance. Room very large comfy bed and top quality finish. Hotel is beautiful and main area excellent.

Breakfast very average for a 5 star hotel, just the same as any normal 3 star. Level of service simply not good enough for a 5 star hotel time to get served in the main hall for a drink was just too long. Staff seemed de motivated other the reception staff who were helpful. No bar just an area in an on site Italian restaurant again this is a supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Tried to get a drink. Was directed to the restaurant (no bar). Asked for a wine list, which I was given. Was then left alone for 15 minutes while the staff prepared the room for breakfast. I gave up and left.

The dinning room was slow, overpriced and not good food. Also. When I called for a luggage cart and have my car ready at checkout, the front desk only said my car was ready. Had to lug my luggage myself. What kind of 5 star hotel is this????

Location was brilliant. very well positioned to take full advantage of all the sights in the old part of Lyon. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.Spa was great with relaxing underground pool.

The rain shower was broken. in the first room provide at the last floor, the room hadn’t blackout on the window. Theres some kind of miscommunication between the staff. We went to the restaurant and order 4 coffee for breakfast and for the 2 days we stay at the hotel was billed for 4 full breakfast(€120). on the last day the waitress billed the same thing, we tell him that we only order 4 coffee and made the amendment and we paid for the 4 coffee. After that we went to the reception for the checkout and wait for our taxis. The maitre-d reach us asking for the full payment of the breakfast and we told her that its was an error and we paid our a waitress for our coffee. She didn’t believe us. She went to the guy at the front desk and then he approach us asking to payment. I have to go with him directly to the waitress that got our payment and then the waitress acknowledged that indeed we paid for the coffee.

great location - over looking the river. Room was awesome. Best part of the Hotel is the staff- they were always pleasant and only too happy to help. Also don’t forget the breakfast- perfect. The pool and spa made for a relaxing afternoon after walking.

little things matter. with the high price of the room and the high price of breakfast you pay, omelettes are an additional 15 euros!!!! that’s not a behavior of a 5 star hotel.

It was á pleasant surprise that the restaurant offered a Pasque dinner. We enjoyed it very much. The service at the restaurant and bar were friendly and pleasant. The afternoon Room service was nice. It Came as a surprise to have such big bathroom and especially the two showers !

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful spa with a good length swimming pool. Have a really nice restaurant and bar. Ideal for both work and leisure. Highly recommended.

Parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired. A lick of paint might give it a face life.
