Very unhelpful place if you don’t read or speak German and have the misfortune to arrive after reception shuts I in the early evening

For those with limited German and who arrive after reception shuts in the early evening, access to the room you have booked is very difficult. We were ultimately helped by a passer by who spoke German on our behalf to the person at the end of the phone you are directed to call by means of a notice, in German only, on the door of reception

Location, convenience of parking, opportunity to see the cloister, clean, modern, spacious.

Bed might have been a little hard for some. Lights on outside so used the blackout curtains but if we had needed to get more air that could have been problematic. (It wasn't too warm when we stayed the night.)

Convenience to city center

Only 1 chair and 1 nightstand even though the room was rented out for 2 people. Breakfast is not in the hotel, but 100 m down the street. In bad weather not very good.

very high quality device and admission. generally everything was very good, clean and easy.

There was several spiders in the room’s ceiling. they were small and harmless. inform the reception they’ll take care of it.

We arrived a bit earlier before the check-in time and were accommodated without any problems. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She also offered us a parking place for 10 euroes per night which we accepted with pleasure. The room in the Guesthouse Nikolai was quite specious, very clean and neat. The bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was served in the monastery, just 100 meters from the accommodation place. The breakfast was quite good.

We stayed in room number 03 on the ground floor. It overviewed the pedestrian zone and any passer's -by voice was heard as if it were in the room. We could not close the window as it was too hot and stuffy due to the lack of a conditioner. So we think room n 3 is NOT good for hot weather as guests will be torn between opening the window and NOT opennig it due to noise.
