I enjoyed the fact that the house was clean and the bedroom had clean bed sheets and towels. And also Kemo(caretaker/manager) was very welcoming and helpful at all times. He even offered tasty bananas from their own trees every morning!!😊

Unfortunately, the location is a bit far(from airport and senegambia area)plus the roads are terrible at the moment(not the place's fault). It made journeys very hard and long most of the time. Also, neighbouring surroundings very noisy in early mornings.

House has everything needed and quite clean for Western Africa's standards. It is on a kind of residential neighborhood but surrounded by locals. Might be a bit far from the beach, restaurants, etc... but Kemo is always willing to help. He is an excellent host and great guy, thanks Kemo!!

Everything about this place

Heather provided excellent customer service, checked to see how I was settling in and any additional support and assistance I could receive from her security man. I loved the house it felt so homely, I was the only person occupying the house throughout my stay and felt very safe. I loved the location felt like I was part of a community, everyone was friendly. The walk to the main coastal highway took 15 mins with around 3 local shop on route, which was fantastic if you need to pick up provisions for you stay at the house.

The guest house was beautiful and staff/owners were so very kind and friendly during our stay.

The house was lovely and spacious with a big bed and balcony, English sockets and lovely bathroom/toilet facilities - all your mod cons - a home from home if you will. The property had 3 of which were unoccupied for approximately 5 days whilst I was there which meant I had full run of the house ! - I felt as though I was living in my own mansion. The external environment felt safe and the sounds of Gambia were evident and contributed to the overall character of the place.

The house was not walking distance from the beach, but there was a driver around if needed so this was not really an issue. Occasionally the water pressure upstairs became intermittent at times, but again, not something that would spoil your stay.
