The apartment was delightful and comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. Lots of very good/good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Near enough to walk to many of the main sites and just round the corner for taxi’s and the hop on hop off bus service. Appreciated the friendly and clear communication from the owner and the list of recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location.
Wi-Fi was down for most of our stay but the host looked into this straight away. Not the fault of the owner but to do with the Wi-Fi provider.

The apartment was lovely to come home to and had plenty of room for our group of 7, and we appreciated having air conditioners in every room!
A little street noise all day and night, and it was a bit far from the Old Town.

Location is just great, close to the center, but far away form the tourist hordes. Pleasant and very safe neighbourhood, full of bars, terraces and restaurants. Taxi stand very close by,
Bed very very confortable. Pleasant bedroom at a corner, with 2 large windows and plenty of light, but with excellent shutters allowing total obscurity to sleep well.
No lift, but the stairs are really easy.
The apartment is fully equipped.
The bathroom has no window
Some checking by the property would be better: one bulb missing above the sink in the bathroom, and no more soap in the dispenser to wash hands
Very tiny ants in the bedroom (probably coming from the downstairs bakery) but they don't bite, so no real harm

The apartment is located in historic center of Seville, just few steps from Plaza Alameda (where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants) and bus station. The accommodation is sparkling clean and with large bathroom and a fantastic shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The communication was very good also.
Some nights the noise from the street was a bit disturbing (I noticed this is a common problem in the historical center of the cities).

Location is great. We were in the centre of old town Sevilla.
Also, the host was amazing, helpful in helpful.
We had late afternoon flight and we left luggage in his patio.
It was pretty noisy during the night, however it is price for staying in the center of Sevilla.

Perfect location for a stay in Seville. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket around the corner and one of the best bakeries I have ever come across just down the road. A beautiful stylish apartment with plenty of space. Immaculately clean and with a fantastic shower. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had straight away. I would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely apartment and hope to return soon.
We liked everything. One suggestion- perhaps an electric kettle would be nice for those of us who like a cup of tea in the morning
