The apartment was completely delightful. We loved all the large windows throughout the apartment. The two bathrooms were very spacious and the entire apartment comfortable. We loved that it was not in the middle of all the tourist sites but still super close making it a nice quiet peaceful street. Everything we wanted to see was a 10-minute walk or less and passed some of Rick Steve's suggested restaurants/coffee shops. The location was really great.

Rooftop terrace and plunge pool absolutely outstanding great location near Royal Alcazar area,will definitely return.

Location was great and spacious apartment

Beds were really uncomfortable, space was cleaned well. There wad a strong smell coming from the corridor bathroom.

Excellent location and extremely comfy. The hosts were very attentive and messaged each day to check if we needed anything and when we messaged to say something was broken, someone was sent round straight away to fix it. The terrace pool was perfect for what we needed.

Sliding doors on the bathrooms were a bit of a pain. One got stuck and one wouldn’t lock. However travelled with a group of friends who weren’t too bothered by it.

Really nice location, spacious, two bathrooms, huge table, big fridge, host really responsive and helpful, no Keys to carry around (locks on code), quiet neighbourhood

Location is very pratical.

Miscommunication on arrival left us (family of 5) unable to open door as wrong code provided, sorted within 10mins but we tried endlessly before contacting owners. A really unpleasant start after such a long journey. Cleansiness (sofa, dust, bathroom, kitchen) and overall standard (broken shower button, shower rail x2, light switch.) really needs to improve. A handyman was called to note things to be fixed and pool to be cleaned after we made remark. Ended in us losing 1 day of pool use which was disappointing. Felt ripped off which is shame as location and potential is there especially with thought that went into design.

The location was excellent, close to the major parks and Santa Cruz. Only short walk away from the city centre. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment was big, cozy, modern and quiet. No traffic noise during the night even though there is a large street next to the apartment. The apartment had all basic facilities. Rooftop terrace was pleasant on warmer days with nice views. Free parking on the streets if you manage to find a vacant space. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

There air in the apartment was kind of stuffy especially in the mornings, even though it was spring. The AC didn't do anything to the issue, apparently it was still on winter setting. Not a big problem, but made sleeping a little uncomfortable. There were few ants in the bathroom, but luckily not in any other rooms.

Location very central, all main attractions are easily reached on foot. San Bernardo train station is 14 minutes away, on foot. Neighborhood quiet and safe with good restaurants round the corner. Carrefour Express in Av. de Menéndez Pelayo, is about 6 minutes away on foot with all the basic needs and more.

The shower cubicle adjacent to the main bedroom needs to be replaced. Sliding doors don't close properly and one of the sliding glass doors sometimes gets off the rails which makes it quite dangerous, if you use the overhead shower water flows out of the shower tray and you end up mopping the bathroom floor with the mop and bucket, this was very annoying. One of the doors of the top cupboard in the kitchen is unhinged from one side and needs to be repaired.

Location excellent and walking distance to Alcazar Palace, Plaza de Espania, Marie Louisa Park etc.. beds really comfy, everything you would want in kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine (not used, as short stay) coffee machine, microwave oven etc and overall nice apartment.

Few issues with kitchen cupboard door needing hinge replacement or screws..shower in on-suite- room, my brother and sister-in-law had, leaked over floor and glass door and frame needs urgent repair or replacement, frame to floor not secured properly, and suspect it has been well overdue repair, build up condensation on ceiling outlet dripping onto floor and toilet seat, but man did come to sort that same day as arrived..however other issues due to be sorted following day 10.30am nobody came we waited in till 12 and went to celebrate my belated 70th birthday at Alcazar, which is why we were there in first place, not to wait in longer for man with screwdriver to call..

great location, staff very friendly, decor was really nice and the apartment was spacious. 2 bathrooms which was a bonus.

it wasn’t 100% clean, some stains on pillows etc, however for the most part it was clean. opposite the apartment seems to be a kind of factory/workshop of some sort, you can hear people welding/making noise every morning which was a little disturbing. also one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, I assume from the drain, but it was constant and not very nice!

The apartment takes up the entire floor The rooftop swimming pool is a great area to chill Close to city center but still able to drive the car to the front door of the apartment. Plenty of paid on street parking close by. Great friendly host

Maybe a little more attention to cleaning of soft furnishings.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment with lots of sunlight. The contact person (Ignasius?) was very helpful and explained to us the layout of Seville, along with places to visit. There was no pressing iron in the flat but when we asked for one it was immediately delivered. Also our requests for early check in and late check out were both accepted.

Nothing in particular. All was well. My only suggestion to the hosts would be to have full bath gel in the bathrooms .. it ran out within a day in one of the bathrooms. Also there was a problem with the shower knob which the cleaning lady had not reported to the hosts and hence they were unaware. I am sure it will be taken care of.

no toilet paper. no English speaking channels at all. no prior instructions on how to enter apartment. scrambled at arrival, they only use what's app. which would have been fine if we knew ahead of time
