We stayed already in almost all leading Hotels located on the Jumairah Road. And Caesars Palace belongs to the Top 3 of all. Really stylishly Hotel with a beautiful beach. Generally we recommend a room in the palace part. Very helpful staffs, very Buffet breakfast in the Julius Part. Very good lunch at the beach.

Only the noisy airplane for the skydiver which one start already early morning was a (small) lack during our stay.

The bedsheets, towels, bathrobes are really soft. Beautiful SPA & relaxation area. Nice amenities in the room. Beautiful view from the balcony.

This was my second time in Ceasar. First time I stayed in Julius last year and everything was exceptional. This time we stayed in Ceasar and it was just ok. So first thing to mention is that Venus Pool (adults only) was closed for renovation. We had to use other 2 pools (with kids). The water in the pool was cold. We were told it's 28 degrees but definitely it's not more than 25. When we asked for additional beach bag room service said that they provide only one per room, additional is 150 AED (all other luxury hotels provide). A-la-cart breakfast in Hell's Kitchen is just normal, nothing extraordinary, buffet in another restaurant is much better. In the evening in Hell's Kitchen we were rejected for dinner saying that it's fully booked (in reality restaurant was half empty). Full of guests from CIS market. Some of them come to the breakfast half dressed.

Exceptional experience, first before two years in honey moon and now in anniversary, i booked the premier room , the toilets is on a view , it’s something extremely indescribable I really wanted to extend my stay . Felt like i have travelled outside for a day , they even have bath salt in the bathroom . Really high quality service - just 5 minutes walking or less to reach the shops and restaurants in blue waters island - staff very very friendly and always smiling - they have “hills kitchen “

Nothing, everything was more than perfect, if the prices were just little bit low i would have booked for more days because it was a heavenly experience.

lovely and spacious room. super nice views into the pool and beach area. The cleanliness of the hotel is remarkable, surely one of the best stays in Dubai. The pool is cooled, so you almost cant feel the summer heat and an added bonus they pass around popsicles to cool off. great experience

the changing rooms and showers on the pool area were so far away from the lobby, you had to get into a buggy for a 10 min ride. not great, but also not that big of an issue if its not summer time.

The property was great and so was the food. This is my second time here and almost everything was perfect.

One valet parking attendant, Gurudeep, was extremely rude and, in all honesty, borderline racist. We were not sure what his problem was and we did not intend to create an issue by complaining. However, the hotel management needs to take care of such people - especially when it is primarily made for Tourists. Again, it was just a problem with one Guy (Gurudeep). The rest of the staff was extremely welcoming.

Friendly and supporting staff. Very good for families with kids. Clean and comfortable.

Location is a bit far from main destinations, shops and restaurants.

The facilities, food and cleanliness are very good.

When checking out there were 2 issues but resolved. First was with receptionist Elizabeth who didn’t finish her job. Second was about the cash deposit but it was resolved. Generally the hotel is excellent

Everything! Staff were friendly, service was great, instructions and directions were very clear. Pools were fabulous and breakfast was great!

The only thing I could criticise is it was difficult to know where everything was because it’s so big

All was fine except the room near the swimming pool, which was extremely noisy due to very loud music. I suggest making soundproof the rooms near the swimming pools .

Loud music and paid late checkout. I explain why: it was agreed that we pay an additional amount for late checkout and have been asked to approach the reception. When we came to reception, we were told that late checkout for us is complimentary and we don't have to pay. The next day, we've been texted to come again and pay. This inconsistency was annoying and disturbing.
