Amazing staff with excellent service in all bars, restaurants and around the pool. Our room was a great size and beds very comfy. Delicious food in all restaurants and it was good to be able to book the a la carte restaurants too. Turquoise was our favourite for breakfast. Kids club was fantastic with brilliant facilities and activity program for kids. The evening disco was a particular hit.

Whilst our room was as big it was a little tired looking for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise no complaints at all!

Everything is lovely at this hotel especially the staff.

No entertainment whatsoever for families in the evening. If you are under 21 you cannot use the beautiful bar. If this was permitted to families up to say 10pm then over 21’s after, then that would help very much in making this hotel more accepting to families with children.

The pool and location were excellent, and the staff were professional and attentive. The complimentary Alantis Aqua Park tickets were well received, and as a family, we loved the fact Rixos did this.

There was nowhere to go with your family inside the hotel, you were limited to being outside, which was unbearable in the heat. A family room with some older kids facilities and the ability to have a drink still would be a welcome addition on an evening.

Restaurants have a break between 17.00 and 18.30 so you cannot find food at this time, it is difficult when you have a small child who usually has his dinner at this time.

Evening Entertainment area is quite small and doesn't have the same buzz and vibe as the Rixos in RAK for example. There was the option to take a taxi and go to other evening venues and places nearby though.

Rixos was always one off for us, but that was the first time we celebrate new year out of home, and the way party was organized is absolutely great

Hotel staff from reception, concierge, restaurants, bars, and kids club goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. Food options are amazing. Regular buffet changes themes daily. Dedicated restaurants are also great. Staff is superb. Ainara & Aishen from the concierge team ensures everything on your stay is sharp. Kids Club team (Shout out to Madina) is great fully of activities to keep your kids busy and enjoying every moment. And Javed always with a warm smile to cheer everyone up!

This place is the BEST! I have never seen such a lovely sfaff! Usman from the night reception is propably the ULTIMATE BEST customer service agent ever! And thank you also to our house keeping Razan!! Pool Bar staff as well as the restaurant staff also really nice! Good food, lovely pool areas etc! We will come back again! This was our second time, but not the last!

we actually extended our stay for another week and enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this beautiful resort. our room was very comfortable and clean, bedding was just perfect and view from the balcony was breathtaking. Variety of food selection was great and quality of cooking was excellent. Service matched food quality and all staff was universally polite and eager to please guests. several staff members deserve personal mention: Aishen, Ainara and Nailia from client relations, Muhammet from Nargile bar, Vakkas from A La Turca restaurant and of course Irina who played beautiful piano music in the lobby. Thank you to all staff and administration for the wonderful time we had!
