Pandanus Cottage is a lovely place, beautifully appointed, comfortable and close to all the sights of Port Douglas. The owner was very responsive to all of my queries and was warm and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a holiday rental.

I knew this would be a great stay right from the moment of first contact. Charlotte and Frank were excellent communicators, so quick to answer any questions, and they were generous hosts. We were spoiled with fresh fruit and free range eggs during our stay at their little piece of paradise in Port Douglas - and it can be yours too!
Pandanus Cottage is fresh and oh-so-tropical in its newly-renovated feel. Everything you need is there, from towels, books and games, to a well-equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry. You are close enough to walk to Macrossan Street, the marina and Four Mile Beach. We did not want to leave this heavenly holiday home.

The accommodation was in a good location, 15 min walk to Macrossan street. Scooters also around the corner. The beach across the road, 5 min walk, pool at your feet, compfy beds, well equipped kitchen, all you need, it was clean and we loved the little outside knook out front to sit and have an afternoon bevvy. Also a portable ueboom for music. Charlotte and Frank thank you for all your help too. You made our stay very easy. We will return. Kind regards Tracy and Mark xx

A perfect place to stay in Port Douglas
A beautifully presented property in a perfect little setting with awesomely convenient access to the shared pool, and close proximity to Four Mile Beach and the town. Charlotte is a great host who ensures everything is presented perfectly and responds to queries promptly. I definitely also recommend the massage from Charlotte. Absolutely a perfect place for a family or friends group staying in Port Douglas. It won't disappoint.

A perfect place to stay in Port Douglas.
Pandanus Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The property was super clean, everything we needed was there, Charlotte was great to deal with. The cottage is beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to comfortably stay for 1 week. The pool outside the front door was very refreshing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pandanus Cottage is a lovely retreat, a 10 min walk from the beach or the wharf. Great decor, detail and facilities with easy access to the pool. We loved it.

Beautiful modern Queenslander style accommodation.
A perfect getaway for 3 ladies, who enjoy their creature comforts, and this accommodation was just fantastic. Loads of character in the interior and so well appointed. We had a wonderful relaxing time, the setting is so peaceful and tranquil, with the Marina, shops and restaurants all within walking distance, or a call for a shuttle bus ($3 per person) to pickup / drop off is all so convenient. We absolutely loved our stay here, would definitely stay again and have already recommended to our families and friends. Thankyou Charlotte for making our holiday so perfectly wonderful.

Celebrating my birthday in style
Spent a lovely week in Port Douglas celebrating my significant birthday with my family. This cottage is beautiful and exactly what I was wanted to accommodate my family. Close enough to town to walk to and from and had all the amenities you would require. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

A lovely immaculate cottage. It suited our family Christmas perfectly. We loved the kitchen so we could cook family dinners. The beds were very comfortable too. Communication with Charlotte was fast and reliable. A great stay!

Peaceful tropical paradise
This place is a gem! Beautifully done up in a small, quiet development a short cycle or walk from the main drag and just 5 mins from the beautiful 4 mile beach. This place was perfect for our first holiday with our 9 month old - Pandanus has everything from the cot to the pool toys and Charlotte was such an obliging host, with great tips and always on hand to help. Pandanus was so great we didn’t want to leave!

Family vacation at Pandanus Cottage, Port Douglas
Excellent accommodation a short stroll from Macrossan Street. Very relaxed and comfortable interior with various living zones perfect for a small family or group of friends. Hosts Charlotte and Frank are excellent with providing all you need for a comfortable stay. You will enjoy the use of a pool, comfortable beds and air conditioning in this idyllic part of paradise, close to the beach, the marina and the shops and eateries in town.

Perfect!
Highly recommend this sweet cottage. We stayed for a week with our three-year-old and nine-month-old and had a fabulous time. Charlotte provided all the baby gear required plus toy box, and children’s bits and bobs for the beach too. We took our own pram for the baby but found the spare stroller at the cottage was invaluable for the three-year-old for the walks into town as it’s just a bit too far for little legs to manage.
Pandanus Cottage is exactly as pictured. Love the styling and will be on the lookout for palm tree wallpaper for our place! Everything has been thought of with kitchen fully equipped, laundry came in very handy etc.
Thanks again Charlotte. We hope to return again soon!

Excellent property and location
Charlotte was an excellent host and responded to questions and was very helpful. The house was beautifully furnished and was stylish , quirky and comfortable. Loved it and the location is excellent-close to the beach, harbour and town. Parking was available.

Home away from home
We have nothing but positive comments - it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was provided in the perfect setting. The location is central and quiet.

Our five night stay at Pandanus Cottage was thoroughly enjoyable. The property was well presented exactly as advertised. We loved the layout, the décor and the cleanliness of the Cottage. The location was great, offering three alternative walks to the town centre, each approximately 1km. We would certainly revisit this Cottage.

Relaxing stay in Port Douglas
We were so lucky to stay in Charlotte’s lovely Pandanus Cottage. It had everything that we needed for our family which made sure that we could all just relax! There is a well stocked kitchen, 3 clean and beautiful bedrooms upstairs along with 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet off the laundry downstairs, 2 separate living / relaxing areas indoors as well as plenty of space to sit outdoors either near the BBQ or pool. We appreciated having the car parking space right at the back door. We had a delightful time in Port Douglas generally - a fabulous first visit.
The only (small) downside were the very noisy neighbours who were also on a holiday stay. All the other residents at the property were respectful.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage. Great location by the beach and a short stroll to the town centre. The accomodation was so beautifully presented and we felt at home from the minute we arrived. It was equiped with everything you need for a family/group holiday. Pandanus Cottage
I have just returned from Charlotte's delightful cottage in Port Douglas.
The property is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for, for our family holiday. (2 adults & 2 teenagers) It is in a great location . Walking distance to the main street, the beach & the marina.
3 bedrooms, all very well equipped & super comfy beds.
The property is beautifully styled, so inviting and comfortable. Everything you could possibly require is included. I can highly recommend this property. Charlotte (the host) is super efficient and happy to answer any questions. She contacted me during our stay to see if we were happy with everything (which we definitely were).
I wish we could've stayed longer.
Thank you again for having us Charlotte, we hope to stay with you again.
