This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in this area. You are right by the ocean, right close to the launch pads, and centrally located to some great restaurants, etc. The condo is stocked (shampoo, conditioner and body wash and in dispensers in the tub/showers), several tools of toilet paper, a couple of rolls of paper towels, lots of kitchen stuff for those who plan of cooking). The master bed is comfy. You can sit out on the lanai and enjoy the waves as they crash on the shoreline or watch as guests enjoy the heated pool. And you can go down and take a swim in the pool or just lay out beside it and sunbathe. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. And we found the guests staying in these condos very friendly also. You have access to one assigned parking spot. If you are in this area, consider this place. It’s also reasonably priced❤️

Nice, comfortable stay. Perfect size for a family of four. The location couldn't be better as it is right on the beach. Only downside was that only one elevator was going. Having a washer and dryer was also a much-appreciated bonus!

The condo was very clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the pool & the ocean! Finding a heated pool was hard to come by, but made all the difference in our children enjoying themselves - very refreshing! Enjoyed the security of the place - felt very comfortable and safe. Would love to come back!

These condos are amazing! The beach view is phenomenal and everything included in the condo made our stay even better. Not to mention I left an item in the condo and didn't realize it until I was already back at home. They shipped my items for free and this just goes to show that they really care about their customers. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and the next time we visit Cocoa Beach I will be staying here again!

Relaxing Vacation!
We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation! The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The condo was very clean and the whole process from booking to the check in/out process was so easy. The view from our balcony at Canaveral Towers 905 was perfect for viewing the lunar eclipse! We also had the perfect view of two rocket launches right out our front door! We always love the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area and will definitely be booking with Stay In Cocoa Beach again in the future. Thank you Kelsy and family for a wonderful experience!

Great ocean views and responsive management
What a wonderful stay - Kelsy from the management company was quick to respond to any questions or needs and insured that we had a five star stay
Mini golf was fun / pool was warm and sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking
Best was leaving the balcony door open at night with the screen door shut and listening /feeling and smelling the fresh relaxing ocean breeze
We will miss it and look forward to another stay in the near future

Best ocean view
Just the ocean view alone is amazing! It's Close to major attractions, the city is very calm and relaxing, a lot of friendly faces. The place is also equipped with everything you need for a long vacation, which makes packing for it easier!

Clean and peaceful
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The communication with Kelsy was great. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to reply. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was convenient to town but not right in the middle. There was some concrete restoration during our stay. It was a little loud at times, but only during the day. The only negative that I would have was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

Nice view
The condo needs some updates . The couch needs replaced now. The dryer squeaked the entire time it was in use. It does not have a vent so the self vent needs ice-Cubs so it does not steam the entire bathroom and master bedroom. The ice maker doesn’t make a lot of ice so that was inconvenient for the non vent dryer. The property manager said she could setup a time to have a repair person to come service the dryer Squeaky dryer but we needed to be there during that time. She was super nice and quick with any concerns we had but we didn’t want to wait for a repair person when we are on vacation. We were there for 10 days so laundry needed to be done . There was not a lot of towels so those towels also needed to be washed. The blankets were not the best quality . The toaster worked half the time. It was just a lot of little things that previous condos we have stayed in we did not have to worry about. The view of the ocean and the property manager were great!

There are many things to love here. The beach is right outside and visible from the deck. The sun comes up and hits the deck in the am which makes it great for coffee in the am. We loved walking on the beach and watching the routine of the ladies swimming laps in the pool each morning and the fisherman walking to the beach daily to get their catch. The place needs a bit of TLC.....walls need painted and new couches are a must. The management company was quick to respond to some items and fix them...clogged toilet and internet problem. Liked having free onsite parking and a key was needed for the elevator for security. Would have been nice if there was a wagon or cart for bringing in groceries to the place. Beach chairs and cooler were good. We had a nice time.

Great stay for the cost
Overall a great property and a great condo! Some updates and general maintenance items could be improved but other than that, a great deal for the cost. Was nice to have some beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. And the location is wonderful, it's so nice having beach access right there. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice place! super convenient to the beach and beautiful views
This was an ideal place to be on the beach with beautiful water views from the balcony. The unit was well maintained and although we had a couple of issues, the property manager was on it right away. The bed was comfortable and it was spacious with a good sized kitchen and two bedrooms. For the money it was a good deal. The living room furniture is a little worn out because you sink into it awfully far. The process for getting the key is a little bit inconvenient because you have to go to get the key from a different location with a lock box and take the key back to the spot. Those were the only two small items I wished were different. ON the other hand, the unit was really well equipped with beach equipment and kitchen stuff that is not typical. We would stay there again.

Great stay in a great location
Property is well situated. The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool was perfection and the beach wonderfully clean. The condo was great at everything you could need. I did purchase some plastic cups for kids and left them for you. You could also use a small table on both sides of bed in kids room. But those are such minor things. The walls need a bit of attention but that is knot picking. Everything was magical!!! We won’t be back to Florida any time soon but if we had plans we would definitely look up this property! The checking out process is a little cryptic. I generally swept and put all the towels in the washer for housekeeping to start. Didn’t know if I should strip the beds. There is a general lack of check out instructions and we didn’t want to get charged again for housekeeping... thanks again. The Flynn’s of Colorado and Maryland

Nice for the price
Condo was very clean, but it could use a little TLC. The walls are a little beat up, couch is broken down, the daybed trundle bed was missing the mattress. The condo does have the beach necessities such as cooler, boogie boards, and chairs. Kitchen had the necessities too. Pool at resort is nice and beach access has shower and water hose. Very safe and secure building with keyed elevator.

Great Location
Beautiful complex, extremely well maintained, lovely pool and grounds. Shuffleboard, putting green. Very quiet. Unit has great views of the ocean and also overlooks the port area so you can see all the huge cruise ships going in and out. Unit furnishes nice beach equipment, chairs, boogie boards, nice linens, well stocked kitchen and having a washer and dryer is a great plus.
Downside: Beds are not comfortable. There is really no way someone could possibly sleep on the pull out couch. You cannot control the air conditioning so at times it was too cool and at times too warm. The unit overall could use some deep cleaning and cosmetic repairs. The instructions for off sight pick up of key to unit needs updated.

Great Vacation Much Rest and Relaxation
My wife and I stayed at the condo for a week of rest and relaxation. Checking in was a breeze and the unit was very clean upon our arrival. The condo had everything that we needed for preparing meals, washing clothes and enjoying a day at the beach. Also, the decorations are very nice and at times we forgot we were staying at a rental. We really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening sipping beverages and listening to the waves. We have stayed at Canaveral Towers many times before and the complex is always clean and attended to. The pool is very nice along with a short walk to the beach. We hope that sometime in the near future to return.

Great condo with a wonderful view! You are able to sit out on the balcony of this condo anytime of the day because of the way it is facing. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture and beds. We will be back! Owners are great to rent from and take care of any issues promptly.

Quiet and relaxing
We stayed here the week before Memorial Day, and we really enjoyed it. This was our second stay in this building, but first time in this unit. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Ocean view and you can see the Cocoa Beach Pier in the distance. The thing I appreciated the most were the quiet nights. There was nobody yelling or partying, so you can open up the windows at night and fall asleep to the ocean waves. At least that was my experience, anyway. I'll definitely consider coming back to this unit in the future.

Wonderful rental!
This is a wonderful place to rent while visiting the Space Coast! The location is great, the view amazing, and the condo very comfortable. We had four senior adults in the unit and it certainly met all our expectations.

Great unit.
My husband and I stayed at this property for three weeks and enjoyed it very much.. The layout is excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and very well stocked.It had excellent views; not only of the ocean and the beach but also of the space launch as well . Our neighbors were friendly and helpful. Drew was very prompt in responding and correcting the minor issues that we encountered. Great location.

Spectacular Views
This unit is beautiful and has spectacular views from the sunrise over the ocean to the sunset on the Banana River. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit had plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would book again and again. Drew was great and answered all my questions quickly, easy to work with.

Lovely view, family friendly and very comfortable - Wonderful stay
My family and I stayed for a week in August in Condo 905. Booking the condo was super easy and Drew was extremely helpful and responsive. The condo was very nice. Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and living space. It felt like home at the end of a very long day. While we weren't there on vacation, but for a family emergency, we had the luxury of feeling like we were home at night and yet on vacation at the same time. During time of stress, I cannot express how much that extra level of home-like comfort made a tough time so much easier. For the days we did get to go to the beach, there was everything you could need in the closet---chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, towels, a cooler, etc. The in-condo laundry was an added bonus. We were able to keep everything clean and when we did have to come home, not have to worry about all the laundry we'd have to do later! (And the washer/dryer worked AMAZING!). I would definitely stay there again! Having spent many nights in several hotels in the area, I would choose this condo every time going forward! Thank you for such an easy and great experience!

Condo needs attention/Great location
My family stayed in this condo during July for a family vacation. This condo had some good qualities but also had many issues. The kitchen was very well equipped, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the beach equipment was a nice touch. The condition of the bathrooms when we arrived was very dirty. I spent the first day of my arrival cleaning. The bathrooms were both nasty and both tubs were stained with something black that wouldn't come off. The carpet was stained and needed cleaning, ceiling fan in the kitchen made a terrible noise when on high, the balcony door handle was lose and halfway coming off, one of the dining room chairs had broken arms, a kitchen cabinet above the microwave had a broken hinge and my husband was afraid for us to use whatever was in that cabinet because he thought the door would fall off. The condo does have a sofa bed but it was terrible because you could feel springs in the mattress. My poor daughter (who was a small adult) hardly slept for a week. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit except it was in the master bathroom and using it made it to hot in master bedroom. The master bedroom was unbearably hot while our grown son was cold in the other bedroom. The master bedroom also doesn't have a regular door but has two half swinging doors. I emailed the owner pictures of the condition of the condo when we arrived but had no reply. I thought maybe he didn't know but obviously was not interested. The beach in front of this condo was nice and in a great location. With a little attention this could be a nice rental.

Relaxing family vacation and fantastic view!
My fiance and I shared this condo with my parents for a relaxing week long vacation. We loved everything about the property from the cleanliness of the condo to the amazing view of the ocean. The Cocoa Beach area offered so many things to do to make our week exciting. Our family created many lasting memories on this vacation. We would definitely suggest this condo to friends and family. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Great place!!
My friend and I spent a fantastic week in this condo. We were very pleased with the fact it was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable, very nice linens and I've never seen a "rental" kitchen outfitted with such nice dinnerware, cookware, silverware and every thing you could possibly want to prepare meals. Although the weather was unusually chilly and windy the first few days, we enjoyed the balcony with the excellent views and warm sunshine. It provided some shelter from the wind which was very enjoyable. The other tenants in the building were friendly and helpful. My friend couldn't figure out how to use the outdoor faucet to wash the sand off her feet after her walk on the beach. One of the tenants showed her where to insert the key to turn on the water. We spent a real nice, fun week on Cocoa Beach, thanks to your condo being so conveniently located with access to other areas of interest. A lot of great restaurants nearby with delicious fresh Florida seafood. Drew was easy to work with and available when needed (thanks Drew). When we visit the area again, we would certainly want to stay here.

One of the best properties we have visited.
We stayed at this property the week of 12-26-15 and t enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The property was exactly as advertised. Unit has been well maintained and very clean. It is close to every kind of restaurant a family would want to dine at, beach is wide and beautiful and from the entry door you are able to see where the cruise ships arrive and depart and can see Cape Canaveral where the rockets are launched. We are planning a return visit in 2016.

Awesome place !!
This place is awesome. When we walked in it was like coming home. It gives you a very warm and welcome feeling. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the pool is wonderful. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Drew for allowing us to make this our home away from home.

Great place, awesome view, awesome vacation
Hi. I just wanted to share with you our awesome vacation. The condo was great! Being up so high, we had an awesome view of our surroundings. Access to the beach was great. The property was very clean and secure. We never had a problem getting chairs at the pool. Everything you needed on vacation was only a reach away. Chairs, coolers, flotation devices, dishes, linens, towels, etc. all provided in the condo. Although a washer/dryer were provided for public use, the condo had a washer/dryer within the unit. Bonus! :)
Our time share did not get back to us until 3 weeks before our trip, telling us they could not provide us with a place to stay. Upon looking on the internet, we found Drew's condo. Drew's process to rent was convenient, simple, fast and easy. We will return. Thanks Drew. :)
