Piano principale ristrutturato con pavimenti in vinile, ripiani in granito, armadi rifiniti, battiscopa e vernice. Camere da letto e bagni aggiornati con vernice nuova, battiscopa e involucri !! Divano letto nuovo di zecca con materasso in memory foam!
Godere di una splendida vista sulle montagne e alberi dal ponte di grandi dimensioni. Il condominio ha una cucina completa con nuova gamma, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e caffettiera. C'è un barbecue sul ponte, 4 televisori in tutta la casa e un sacco di giochi. Rilassati e tieniti al caldo accanto al fuoco senza alimentare il legno tutta la notte con una stufa a pellet controllata da termostato! Il complesso dispone di un centro benessere all'aperto, sauna e tavolo da ping pong.
Mammoth View Villas si trova al largo di Lakeview Blvd e una volta arrivati non c'è motivo di tornare in macchina fino alla vostra partenza. Si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi al villaggio dove è possibile accedere alla gondola per Canyon Lodge e approfittare di tutti i negozi, ristoranti e attività Village. Se non avete voglia di camminare la navetta si ferma proprio davanti al complesso.
I condomini a Mammoth View Villas non sono i condomini tipico stile 'albergo' come un sacco di complessi. Ci sono circa 10 passi per entrare nel gruppo ed è tri-level all'interno. Non c'è nessuno al di sopra o al di sotto di voi e solo vicino al lato. Il condominio è molto riservata e tranquilla e ha un ponte sovradimensionata per godere la vista da. Vi è abbondanza di spazio aperto intorno al condominio dove i bambini possono giocare nella neve e andare slittino!
Al piano di sotto di due camere da letto e un bagno. Il livello principale ha la cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno e al piano superiore ha il secondo bagno e soppalco. La camera da letto # 1 ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli, c'è un nuovo divano letto con materasso in schiuma di memoria nel soggiorno e il soppalco ha una doppia più letto a castello. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV via cavo e Wi-Fi e vi è pure.

Place was well located close to canyon lodge and the village. Commmunication with the property manager was excellent.

This place was the perfect location and it had everything we needed. It has lots of comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We were coming into town for a mt bike race and were able to store our bikes out on the balcony which worked out great and felt very secure.

We had a great stay at this place. Perfect location within walking distance of the village. Didn't have to drive once, we walked everywhere after getting basic groceries. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Parking right in front of the unit for us which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Even before we got to the property Erin the property contact responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We got to the place and it was just what was described.
We cooked one big meal and I was pleased to find basic kitchen tools and even a few good pans I could use.
It had good ventilation with windows all over so it didn’t get stuffy in the summer with 6 adult men inside.
Beds were up to date and comfy with extra bedding for the pullouts.
The directions and rules were easy to follow and the property was a great place to end our long days out and about the eastern sierras. I would definitely stay here again.

Even before we got to the property Erin the property contact responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We got to the place and it was just what was described.

Summer in Mammoth
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo comfortably. We had a couple questions during our stay and the owner responded quickly and was helpful and friendly. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, besides a clothes iron, but we asked ahead of time and brought our own. The kids loved having the loft to themselves and games to play when we came back for the evening. It is an easy walk to the village from the condo and is located in a nice and quiet complex. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Mammoth!

Mammoth Fun
We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed to create healthy meals. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have had a bathroom on the main floor but having to go down or up stairs helped us get our steps in for the day.. We did have neighbors who were doing some renovations but it wasn’t a problem as the units are so well insulated we hardly heard them working at all. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to enjoy the sound of the birds and with the main floor being on the second story you feel like you are living in the trees, very nice!!

Thought the condo worked very well for our needs as 3 guys on a fly fishing trip.
Any suggestions might be to check the mold odor coming from the downstairs bedroom area.

Good experience.
Our family really enjoyed staying here. Erin was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I love that everything is close by and in walking distance to the village if not there is a shuttle that drives around the area. Definitely considering staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, nice and quiet!
Overall, we had a really nice stay here. The owner Erin was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay. The condo was very well equipped with every convenience you would need like extra towels, toiletries, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. We did notice a funny smell when we checked in, almost like wet dog smell, and the carpets are pretty badly stained and worn down. This rental property is NOT pet friendly, so I'm not sure where the smell came from. The other downside was that there isn't a bathroom on the main living room floor. So if you need to go, you have to either go upstairs or downstairs. Not a big deal, but just something to note. I would definitely consider this condo for our future stays in the area.

Cozy and decorated nice.
We had a great time staying here! Erin took care of us right away when we needed her! The only thing that bothered us was the carpet was a little dirty. But I know that its probably from the winter months. Maybe a little shampooing would make it better. Other then that it was cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy condo, comfy beds. Plenty of space for 3 couples to stay. Close to everything we needed and walking distance to the village. Condos are a bit hidden so no traffic coming through, area is very quiet.

Great property!
Clean, updated, and plenty of room for 2 families. The kids enjoyed having the loft as their own space to hang out. Very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is good size with plenty of counter space. Only thing that was a bummer to me is the clubhouse does not open until 2pm. I really wanted to get in the sauna in the morning before the kids got up but that wasnt possible. Everyone had a great time.
The owner was great. We had a couple minor issues, but they were handled immediately and did not interrupt or interfere with our trip. Very helpful from the time I booked till the time I checked out.

Great spot
Great location. The place is roomy and would comfortably fit 8 people. We had 6 guys and everyone had their own bed. Owner and on-site manager are very accommodating. We had an issue with the door code keypad, but Erin and the on-site manager were quick to help us out. We will definitely look into staying here again on future trips to Mammoth.

Absolutely loved it!!!
Super cozy! Very easy to work with Erin. She was fast to respond to all of our questions. It's in a great location. We were able to get to mountain in 10 min and walk to the village. I love the beds. They were super comfy in all of the rooms. It's decorated so nice. Will definitely be coming back again as soon as we can!

Great Mammoth Vacation
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely be back. Erin was available when we needed as well as the manager. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. It was a cold weekend in Mammoth but the place was warm and cozy.
