sehr zentral gelegen, schönes Interior, schöne Bar, sehr freundliche sympathische Mitarbeiter am Empfang, sehr bequemes Bett
für unseren Geschmack etwas zu dunkles Zimmer aufgrund des Boden/Möbelholzes

das Design der Zimmer ist aussergewöhnlich
mangelhafte Sauberkeit, dreckiger Fußboden, defekte Dusche, modriger Geruch in der Dusche, Personal unflexibel, nicht hilfsbereit, fehlender Service, kein Zimmerservice - ohne Reservierung keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen, Frühstücksbuffet nicht der Hotelkategorie entsprechen, auch hier überfordertes Personal, fehlende, wesentliche Bufettbestandteile wie Kaffee, Wasser, Eier wurden nicht oder erst nach langer Wartezeit ersetzt.

Lage des Hotels.
Mitarbeiter sind nicht gerade freundlich.
Parksituation schlecht.
Beim Checkout wurde ich gefragt ob wir etwas aus der Minibar hatten.
Das habe ich verneint, da wir eben nichts von der Minibar konsumierten.
Ein paar Stunden später bekamm ich ein Mail von der Unterkunft in dem geschrieben wurde das wir eine kleine Flasche Rotwein und Soletti konsumiert hätten. Eine Rechnung über €13,70 wurde gleich an das Mail angefügt. Und man hat versucht die €13,70 von meiner Kreditkarte abzubuchen…
Habe mich daraufhin beschwert, wurde dann alles wieder zurückgenommen.
Das Verhalten finde ich eine Frechheit.
Punkto parken: es gibt eine Partnergarage bei K&Ö. 24 Stunden um €22,-.
An sich ja in Ordnung da man im Zentrum von Graz nächtigt.
Bei den gehobenen Zimmerpreisen dürfte man sich jedoch einen Shuttleservice zwischen Hotel und Parkhaus erwarten um das Gepäck zu transportieren.

Absolutes No Go: mangelhafte Sauberkeit,
generell schlechter Service durch fehlendes, dadurch überfordertes, unmotiviertes Personal.
Wesentliche Leistungen eines Hotels dieser Kategorie sind nicht gegeben.

Tidy, very clean, extremely friendly staff. We had a lot of fun in hotel bar on Saturday evening.
Beautiful but dark room. For woman is hard to do makeup. But this is not some big problem. Just a comment.

staff weren’t very friendly and they prioritised outside guests over paying hotel guests for the best breakfast seating - shocking!

Our stay was superb. We are traveling with a 2 year old which can be challenging at times but everything went super well. The room was already prepared with a cot, it was large enough for her to run around. The bar/ restaurant is perfectly lit and the music is only in the background, so we could enjoy a lovely dinner while our daughter was sleeping in the stroller next to us. Further, as we are not big eaters there is the possibility to order breakfast a la carte, as s second option to the buffet. What I would like to mention as well, everyone who is working at Aiola is extremely kind, helpful and authentic. They helped us with reservations for breakfast, dinner, getting us a taxi, providing us with milk at 6 am for our daughter, whatever we asked for, they helped and supported. We will gladly come back.

Upon approaching the hotel you are already awed by the building itself. Wide windows give a glimpse of the cool interior design. Everything about this hotel is chic and gives an international big city flair. The stuff is very polite, the rooms are cool designed and clean and the restaurant is very charming, the oriental dishes were delicious. My favourite part is the concept store that you can access directly through the restaurant, a must visit for design fans.
