Couldn’t be more happy. Spent a week at Casa Saguaro with my daughters and couple friends, everything is set up perfect for visitors, pool area is great for privacy and lots of fun. Beautiful view, plenary of room in the house, quiet neighborhood. Liz the host is very responsive for questions, she even provided a Dr. contact who makes house calls for Covid Testing. Did I mention Modessa the house keeper daily?? The property really made for a great week and memory. Thanks Liz and Bill.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family. The home is beautiful inside and out. Liz was very helpful, supplying us with a wealth of information of things to do, recommending restaurants and also arranging a catering service for a special dinner at the villa with a chef, waiter & bartender. No detail was left undone! Perfect location.

Would highly recommend to anyone to stay and this one of a kind home. Look forward to returning as a few friends who came are also eager to come back again at the same home. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

If the beauty of the villa wasn't enough, the owner's communication and continued efforts to ensure that our stay was 110% fabulous, took it to the top. Liz was amazing, particularly during a funky travel time courtesy of a pandemic. This villa has everything--so well equipped. No detail has been spared. Liz provided wonderful tips, support and wonderful touches to help us celebrate our special occasion. We will not only be back, but will share this gem with family & friends who want to head to Cabo!

Property was amazing. Was perfect for (4) of us as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Property was even better than advertised; very clean and offered everything we needed. Host helped us order some groceries ahead of our arrival and arranged for a chef. Neighborhood was quiet and short walk to beachfront was a great bonus. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this property was wonderful. It's like staying at a micro resort and having it all to yourself. The pool and palapa bar really set it apart. Great spot for groups!

Casa Saguaro and the entire neighborhood of Pedregal are stunning! Tucked into the hillside with expansive ocean views, we arrived to a property that took our breath away. Wow, wow, wow is all I heard from our group. We settled in quickly to Casa Saguaro, enjoying the expansive back yard, a plethora of patio, pool and fireplace lounge seating and a heated pool and spa. As expected, we spent morning noon and night outside, starting with coffee on the patio while whale watching, onto the pool and palapa bar during the day, then dinner on the patio in the evening, followed by a dip in the hot tub and finally, lounging at the outdoor fireplace. Just when it couldn't get better, you collapse into the most comfortable bed of your life and dream of doing it all over again the next day! The property listing and photos did a great job of providing a very clear and concise view of the villa. There were a few surprises, but really pleasant ones! 1) The ocean views exceed what the photos offer and allow endless whale watching, right from the patio and throughout the back yard. 2) The most comfortable beds with cushy pillow tops that were simply dreamy! 3) A close and easy walk to a very large and wide beach to enjoy long walks, views of the hillside and homes, whale watching, sunsets and beach yoga! 4) With the help of the property manager, we were able to arrange rides and grocery deliveries very quickly and easily. Everything was just a quick text or phone call away! Not only will I be back to stay in Pedregal, but I hope to once again stay at Casa Saguaro. A huge thank you to Liz and her team for making our 2020 girls trip nothing short of spectacular!

Great place for family to enjoy time together. Each room has own bathroom, pool / hot tub great - outdoor bar is fantastic. Several cool spots to hang out and talk/play games on the property. Short walk to beach and also pickle ball court very close. Love our time there

We had a great experience, renting from Liz! Stayed with a group of friends and had a great time floating in the pool, hanging out around the palapa bar, and enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen (no problems preparing meals for 8), comfy beds, and a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pizza oven was a huge plus for nachos and pizzas!

This was a very clean and comfortable home that has a beautiful pool and lovely accommodations to make you feel at home. The linens and bed are wonderful! Overall, would Highly recommend!

Gorgeous backyard with better views then shown. 300 feet from beach. Nice walk to town but probably should have a rental to get around. A wealthy neighborhood. Dog friendly. Loved it.

Beautiful house with all amenities, meticulous landscape with many areas to relax day and night. The beautiful view of Pacific Ocean while enjoying my morning coffee is something I will never forget . My suite was only steps away from the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable bed with spacious en-suite. I loved being so close to marina, all restaurants and attractions that Cabo has to offer. I especially appreciated the sense of security of staying in a well guarded private community. I would recommend Casa Seguaro to anyone traveling to Cabo

I am still basking in post-vacation bliss. I love posh accommodations and Casa Saguaro does not disappoint. From the moment I walked through the gate, I felt like I was at a fancy resort and knew I was in for a treat. It was one of the best vacations I have had in several years. There were 8 of us (4 couples). Casa Saguaro’s 4 suites were perfect for our group. 3 of the 4 suites have private outdoor sitting areas. Each suite is beautifully appointed, fully self-contained and even have coffee makers (in case you’re not a morning person). Each couple could have as much privacy and alone time as desired. Another of the many great features of the house is that there are so many different and wonderful seating areas around the property. You could sit with the group at the pool, read a book in the living room while enjoying the ocean view and cool breeze, or sit on the coach near the pool and still feel part of the group. The possibilities were endless. Although it’s fun to explore new places, I did not want to leave the property. Everything I could possibly want was within reach so why leave? • Mornings on the upper lanai drinking coffee and whale watching • BBQ lunches and happy hour at the palapa bar by the pool • Afternoons swimming or lounging around the pool (85 degree saltwater pool) • Sitting in the hot tub watching pool games - volleyball, basketball or golf • Sunsets (with wine) on the beach (3 min walk) • Leisurely dinners sitting around the outdoor dining table • After dinner drinks and great conversations at the outdoor fireplace Casa Saguaro is absolutely amazing and is the finest “private resort” I have ever experienced.

Wow, that is all I can say. This place is truly amazing, it's like staying in a 5 star resort, just without all the other guests ! First the house. Amazingly clean, huge and really well furnished it has everything we needed and then some. Huge kitchen with every utensil we could have ever needed. We did cook a lot and it was a pleasure, you even get a view of the sea from the kitchen as you cook. The upstairs patio that overlooks the pool, we sat there every morning and watched whales breaching in the sea right in front of us. Not a rare, lucky spot, they turned up on demand every morning with water spouts shooting water and tails playing. You can see all the boats headed for them but we watched with a cup of coffee in our vacation house, amazing. The pool and bar area is amazing. The pool is big enough to play volleyball and shoot hoops and the water was really warm. The hot tub attached to the pool is very warm and perfect place for a cocktail in the evening. The bedrooms were large, with private huge bathrooms and had their own coffee machines and Bluetooth speakers, 3 of the 4 were overlooking the pool. We honestly couldn't fault the house in any way at all. The area is quiet, there are neighboring houses but we never saw or heard anyone. It was so private. We were surprised how close the beach was, about a 2 minute stroll from the back gate and we were on a clean sandy beach. We walked from the house to one end and then the other, which turned out to be about 2 miles on the apple watch ! Perfect way to burn a few calories after way too many drinks in the sun. Huge rocks at the end of the beach that you can climb up on. they were special to us! the Cabo area is a fun bustling town full of restaurants and bars. but we preferred walking the marina which is just a short stroll from the neighborhood. Checking out the boats and the fish being brought back from fishing trips, could have sat there all day. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. we have high standards. My husband always finds something to complain about and yet on this trip there was nothing for him to complain about. that makes it a happy holiday for me :-)

What an amazing experience in this beautiful home for a week. Every space is beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are simply luxurious. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with pretty much anything you could want. There was so much to do and enjoy without ever leaving the neighborhood. We whale watched right off the top deck over coffee every morning! A great sunset viewing beach was just a short walk down the hill. The saltwater pool & spa are clean, well maintained and refreshing. And, the poolside palapa bar turned out to be one of our favorite gathering places. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely be returning!

We booked this property for Christmas family reunion and the pictures didn't show the true beauty of this home, property and location. The home was perfect in every way from the minute we arrived and greeted by property manager, welcome basket filled with wonderfulness, to the checkup up on us and if anything we needed perfectly timed. The Owner was fabulous with suggestions and very helpful guidance. Every family member raved about the most wonderful holiday due to amazing home (even Christmas tree set up).

The minute we walked in to Casa Saguaro (the name of the villa), I knew I had made the right choice. Everything was perfect. A typical day included morning coffee on the upper deck overlooking the ocean, which often had whales frolicking about right in front of us! Following breakfast, we spent time playing water games in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the beautiful yard. Since each of our suites had its own private patio area, we had the option of enjoying the outdoors together as a group or privately. BBQ’ing dinner in the evening was magical with the lit tiki torches along the curved stairway down to the palapa bar. What a treat! Pedregal is such a unique community with its own beach just steps away. The sunsets were spectacular! The owners thought of everything when they designed Casa Saguaro. Many thanks to them for making our trip one that will always bring a big smile to my face! We will definitely make this an annual tradition.

Loved my stay here - the layout of the house is perfect with a bathroom attached to each bedroom, a large kitchen where you can cook together and easy access to the pool from bedrooms as well as living space. The pool area is amazing as well with a great bar, grill and fireplace for hanging out. The neighbor hood is great for a run in the morning (up to the spa!) and a walk on the beach in the evening. We come every year and are never disappointed.

Casa Saguaro is a slice of paradise. So much so that we make it an annual destination and start counting down the days to when we get to go next as soon as we get home. We come to rest, relax, read and recharge. We typically eat in one or two nights and then head out for dinner in the area the other nights. There are plenty of authentic hole in the walls and some exceptional fine dining establishments in the area that will make any foodie happy. If something spicier is up your alley those options abound in town just a few mins away. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is quiet, charming and safe. The hilly cobblestone roads are great for walks and runs and offer remarkable views. The beach borders one of its boundaries so you are always minutes away from walks in the sand. Here are elements that I LOVE about this place: • Each room is incredibly well decorated and appointed with an ensuite bathroom • The palapa by the pool is a great place to have drinks in the afternoon, get out of the sun to have lunch or grill out in the evening • The fireplace down by the pool is great for an evening cocktail or meal • It’s really handy to have laundry facilities right in the house • The pool is a great size with fun floaties for reading or napping • The hot tub is very nice for an evening soak • The spa within the neighborhood has great technicians and is a quick walk from the house (we go there daily) • The owners are incredibly responsive and delightful as are the staff who work onsite to ensure all is running well I travel extensively, and this destination is always a favorite highlight in the year.

I have to say that this was the most amazing place I have ever stayed in the Baja! (And I have been coming down since the 80's). The walkthrough with the staff made us feel right at home, and from that point on it was heavenly! The pool, Hot tub, all of the compund and even the pizza oven were very well kept and clean. We felt right at home here and I can't wait to go back. ps: The view and the pool bar were over the top!!!

2nd time we have been to Casa Saguaro and still cant get enough of this lovely home. It is a home away from home with all the luxury's and more. The views are amazing and don't believe there was a day we did not see whales. The pool and hot tub are fantastic with great entertainment from the palapa. Access to the private beach literally a 1.5 minute walk from the house is stunning and the sunsets are breathtaking. There is no doubt we will come back every year and more if possible. We Stayed in Casa Saguaro between Xmas and over New Year. I'm not a big review guy but felt compelled to leave a review as we had such an amazing time. The development itself is really nice, super clean and quiet. feels like you've escaped into a upscale Spanish neighborhood. Casa Saguaro is in the perfect location. it is not overlooked by the houses next door. which is nice when you spend so much time by the pool, and the view from the upper level or from the pool is of the Ocean, we even watched a massive pod of dolphins circling a boat from the binoculars on the deck. The pool area is amazing, high end sun loungers and a Palapa Bar like you'd find at a hotel with seating for about 10 people. it really felt like we were in a resort. watching TV at the bar, music by the pool. Perfect. the house itself is huge, every guest bedroom had an awesome Bluetooth speaker, your own coffee machine and super comfy beds. We made coffee every morning and sat on the sofa right outside the room. We had a chef come to the house one night which worked out perfectly, great food and they prepared everything, waited on us and cleaned everything up when they were done ! We loved the town, loved the weather, loved the House. We also left with hangovers to last a week, but that's all part of the vacation. We'll be back and we never go to the same place twice!

This place is half beautiful Home and half private resort. The home has beautiful spaces and is oriented toward the view of the ocean. Want to dine outside? There’s a covered dining area with outdoor fireplace. Want to share a drink with friends? There’s a full sized bar and outdoor living room nestled around a fireplace. Want to relax in your room? Each suite has a private patio. Want to swim or take a hot tub? Well, you get the picture. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen is a few minutes walk from the home. It’s all there. Oh, and by the way, one of the most amazing outdoor restaurants in the world (El Farallon) is minutes away by car. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We had an amazing vacation at Casa Saguaro! The house was spotless and beautiful with a very well appointed with everything one needs. The kitchen is great and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and use salt water so you can float for ages and not smell like chlorine. We loved the outdoor bar for our evening drinks. That was really fun! The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and we saw whales most days. It's very private and quiet so we played hard and were able to rest well. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had a fantastic visit. We absolutely plan to go back and I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a magical time in Cabo.
