We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was the entire top floor. There is a small elevator if you don’t want to take the stairs. The views from the balcony were amazing!!!You could easily sit out there all day and watch people on the boardwalk and the beach. There are tons of shops and cafes right downstairs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking during your stay here. We also had pizza delivered one evening. The bathrooms were clean and nicely done. The beds were all the most comfortable we experienced on our trip in Portugal. There is a washing machine and clothes line for drying clothes. WiFi was fast and worked great. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you!!

Every bit as good as it looks and a soundtrack that can't be beat. Our stay was fantastic and Nelson was a super host. Nelson was very engaging and joined us on a hike with his visiting extended family. We did run into a few glitches with the apartment, but they were eventually dealt with. It's location is perfect. One can walk to all the required amenities as well as restaurants and bars. An additional hammock would be perfect (less jealousy). An absolutely perfect place for a summer vacation. Very comfortable large apparment to the beach. All the equipment you need is available but also very used. The beds are good. Parking your car might be a problem. There is one thing I did miss : Air conditioning. I would come back next year.

We were 10 people and stayed at this place for 3 nights. All of us enjoyed it very much, we had BBQ at the terrace twice and it was beautiful having the beach, the sea and the sunset just behind us. Even if you don't see the sunset directly the sky turns like a rainbow anyway. The kitchen was well equiped and the bathrooms very nice and clean. Nelson, the host, gave us a very warm welcome and was available for any further questions. In conclusion we will definitively come back one day, thank you very much! PLEASE NOTE: THE APARTMENT DOES NOT PROPERLY FIT FOR 10 PEOPLE, 8 IS THE ABSOLUT MAXIMUM TO HAVE ENOUGH COMFORTABLE BEDS. WE COULD MANAGE SOMEHOW BUT WOULDN'T GO IN SUCH A BIG GROUP AGAIN.

I had the opportunity to stay there during the month of February 2017. This apartment is almost irreproachable in every respect: beautiful terrace with stunning view on the beach and the sea - whose sound of the waves you can hear even inside the apartment -, big cosy and comfortable living room with large screen satellite TV-set, WiFi, 3 well-furnished bedrooms, big and practical kitchen with all the equipment you may need at your disposal (Functional Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine, Owen, ... etc) and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. This top floor apartment is very calm and superbly located close to all facilities nearby (Road Station, Post office, Pharmacy, Fish Market, 3 supermarkets "Intermarché", "Minipreço", Weekly fresh Market, best bakery in town "Beira mar", several delicious restaurants, ....) all accessible on foot in a few minutes. The rent of a week in this vast apartment of 160 square meters with 3 bedrooms is less expensive than the cost of a week in one small single bedroom with a similar sea view in the neighbouring Don José Hotel. Last but not least, we have greatly appreciated the kindness of the landlord who is quick to react and always there to help in case of need. I really appreciate this apartment and will come back again. I highly recommend it.
