Nice and quiet neighbours were very friendly. Great access to the beach and local bars.

It was extremely close to the shops which was a plus, the property was an older style set up but it catered to everything we needed

I didn't like having to bring my own linen. If you have to wash bath mats would it be that hard to wash a 10 dollar K-mart fitted sheet. Does the coverlet get washed?

Excellent location to beach and shops and club and pub. The balcony outlook is good. You can hear the waves breaking. Plenty of parking. The unit size is fine, good size main bedroom and plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Washing machine and dryer are good. Unit is in a secure block and mostly quiet. Relatively cheap to other options on Bribie.

The unit never cooled down. Heat was trapped inside. No air conditioning. Fan in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom doesn't stand up and there is no extension cable for it. Really needs at least a ceiling fan in the second bedroom. No hair dryer. Shower pressure very weak. Overall, the whole unit needs a total update. Decor, bedding, furniture, cutlery kitchen and bathroom are basic at best. Could easily have been made a little more homely. Things like boardgames, cards, maybe some books and magazines and even a radio.

Location was amazing putting a large deposit down for the key for after hours collection was un expected

Expecting renters to put the bin out for curb side collection expecting us to fully clean unit prior to leaving or a fee charged

Fully self contained, great location, a lot quieter than expected. location couldnt have been better, great walking paths, opposite beach and a couple of minutes walk to shops. Will be back.
