Progettata specificatamente come casa per le vacanze al mare per rilassarsi, questa moderna casa sulla spiaggia con 4 camere da letto vanta una vita interna / esterna e tutti i comfort moderni. È la sistemazione perfetta per le vacanze al mare per una o tre coppie o famiglie con amici e bambini al seguito.
L'ampia zona giorno open space si apre completamente su un ampio terrazzo, barbecue e porte scorrevoli a scomparsa. Ruota fuori il tavolo da pranzo da 10 posti e goditi le tue serate mangiando davanti al camino esterno. Lascia che i bambini si scatenino nell'ampia sala giochi separata da 50 mq, completa di giochi da tavolo, DVD, TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici e canestro da basket al coperto. Ci sono due bagni, un bagno di servizio al piano di sotto e una doccia esterna calda.
Portare le biciclette per bambini perché il Bach si trova in un tranquillo cul-de-sac di fronte a una riserva ea pochi passi da: campi da tennis (1 min) - spiaggia, negozio e distributore di benzina (2 minuti) - estuario e rampa della barca ( 10 minuti). Whangapoua Beach deve essere una delle migliori spiagge della penisola di Coromandel e l'unico modo per accedere alla gloriosa New Chums Beach (15 minuti a piedi). Una partita di golf è a circa 10 minuti di macchina da Matarangi. Il comune di Coromandel ha un gran numero di grandi ristoranti, negozi specializzati in frutti di mare e negozi di artigianato.

Centrally located, close to beach, tennis courts and essentially the local store. Light filled, airy and roomy, perfect holiday property. North West facing, so good sun and outside seating to take advantage of the setting sun. Loved the coffee machine, it got a lot of use, and no need to have to go elsewhere for a good coffee while on holiday!

Very nice home, well specified with comfortable beds. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are really valuable on holiday
Short walk to the beach down a walkway.
Clean and tidy, property managers live next door so can sort any minor issues you have
great place on sunny days with nice open deck and outdoor fireplace, but also plenty of room for a group with large dining tablele and seating space.

Everything we could want
This place was perfect for my family, lots of space, close to the beach and with various conveniences that made for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine meant we didn’t need to go out. The small holiday pad on the same property meant we could invite additional famil.

Beautiful weekend away!
We really enjoyed our weekend away. The house was perfect set up to accomodate 3 couples and kids, didn’t feel crowded at all. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach and lovely quite street which was great with young kids. Highly recommend this home to anyone😊

Tidy and Comfortable Holiday Home
Exactly as promised. We had a wonderful holiday in a spacious, clean and well organised home, with quality fittings and equipment throughout. Multiple bathrooms were very useful.
We loved the outdoor fire and used it most nights, the wide opening living areas connecting to the large deck.
Kitchen completely functional for a group of 10, and massive dining table a great addition to our nights.
Although the weather was pretty windy, the house was very sheltered and only a couple of hundred metres to the shop and beach, so great and quiet location.

This was a fabulous holiday made even better by the great accomodation.
We had a much needed catch-up with family from overseas and out NZ based daughter no grandchildren. The house was superb and happily fitted us all in. The central living area was fabulous for mixing and we had plenty of space to chill out and relax. The owners are very generous with their house and we felt very much at home. Loved every minute.

Amazing location and perfect for families!
We had 2 families with 6 kids staying. Amazing location just a short stroll to the beach even for the younger ones. The beach is spectacular! Bring the bikes and scooters as it’s a quiet street and the kids had a ball playing at the end of the road. Has everything you need and more.

Awesome house in amazing location
We have an awesome week in Whangapoua with some friends and our young families. The house is located down a quiet cul de sac, and is a 5 minute walk down a short walkway to the beach and local store. The photos of the house don’t do it justice! The house itself is beautifully furnished and well set up for enjoying the amazing deck that gets all day sun, bean bags and outside settee, plus the outdoor fire is great for when it gets a bit colder at night. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stoked with all the basics. There are also a great selection of DVDs and books for the kids. The bunk room is upstairs and the stairs are quite steep so if you have smaller kids it might be worth bringing a gate to stop them going up and down on there own. Would highly recommend to anyone. We’d love to return!

Large well set out Holiday Home at a truely Gorgeous Beach
We had a wonderful 6 days here with extended family (9 in total), thoroughly enjoyed by all, plenty of room with the 4 large bedrooms, comfortable beds, Awesome outdoor area, close to the Beach. It is obviously a Holiday Home they use which made it very comfortable. we found the Stairs were quite steep, we had 3 children varying from 8 months to 3 1/2 years and the Property Manager tried to provide Guards for the Stairs but they didn't fit, we did appreciate them trying, we would certainly recommend to anyone, as everyone was very easy to deal with from start to finish.

Great house in a good location.
Loved the house but felt a little uncomfortable when the neighbours/landlord kept walking past the front of the house throughout our stay. Otherwise a great trip.

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. The stairs were a bit challenging for under 5’s. Some shade needed in the deck as the awning was faulty. A very stylish property.

We really enjoyed our holiday and the house and location were beautiful. We were very disappointed to receive a negative review about our stay there without any consultation orcommunication from the owners. We spent at least a couple of hours cleaning before leaving and also paid for a cleaner. This has impacted on our 10 years of previous great reviews. .

We loved this house - we had a full house of kids...
We loved this house - we had a full house of kids and adults and it still felt spacious. It was really well kitted out, and we loved the games room, outdoor shower and fire. It's well located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the beautiful beach. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful beach and stunning home.
Brad and Lou - we so appreciate you allowing us to use your lovely home for the weekend. Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Memories for a lifetime! My first visit to Whangapoua and I’ll definitely be back. I can’t recommend this house enough for comfort, outdoor flow and a huge variety of entertainment options. A great place to relax or entertain. Brad was fantastic to deal with and Merrin next door was charming and helpful. Thank you so much.
