Very well located in the city center. All in the center is on walkable distance. Very happy to stay here and would again. Price value very good!

The door locking mechanism was noisy and a little confusing at first.

Location is good, close to the Guggenheim Museum.

There's no one to welcome you to the apartment and present or explain anything to you about your stay or the apartment itself. To access the building entrance and the apartment there is only a link sent by email. It's early December and it's cold. We were unable to get the heating system operating. The managing team came to check on the heating after we insisted, otherwise they would have only come on the second day. There were only two bath towels for four people. After insisting on having four bath towels, we were told those little baby towels were the average size. One of them was dirty. After the initial struggle, all went according to the booking. There's NO view at this first floor apartment. There are just other buildings across the street. Our best advice is: do not book this apartment for winter. Perhaps it works for summer.

Very bright and nice appartment, great location, almost next to the Guggenheim museum.

We had problem with the digital key, you need to have good internet connection and most important a smart phone with good battery so you can enter the appartement. Less/little info at arrival, didn’t really know how to leave the apartment when we checked out.

There was a lot of street noise but we knew that going in so fine.

Super location in the centre of Bilbao. The team went above and beyond to source a baby crib when our Booking request did not make it through. A+

We knew it did not have air conditioning, so this is not the fault of the apartment, but it can get hot at night.

Large, brighty , airy and v spacious. Three large rooms , two bathrooms and big living area. Good commumications on check in. Excellent location. Walking distance to the whole city. Good food options locally.

The kitchen could be a little better equipped.

Location was fantastic right next to the Guggenheim! Close to shops, bars and restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the underground. Big rooms large space for a group. Host organised a taxi from the airport for 33 euros for 4 of us.

Not much info at check in which was rushed and issues with the wi fi that got sorted the next day. Would have been nice if we had been left a bottle of wine and chocs as we did in our next apartment in San Sebastian. A bit noisy at night but can't expect much else given the central location. A bit pricey.

My pillow smelt of sweat and needed replacing. The sofa sank in the middle in part so unable to sit comfortably
